I appear to have made a mistake, I misread a newspaper article where it states that the Met have set a target to recruit 40% of new officers from ethnic minorities. |

Awful first half, such poor quality.
Better second half, a number of chances squandered again, why take Franco off? He was man of the match..very frustrating. |

What you have to realise is that OHL is a serial complainer, he was exactly the same during our promotion season to the Premier League. At that time Dorus De Vries, Mark Gower, Luke Moore and a few others were subject to his constant tongue lashings.
Sometime later he turned on Wayne Routledge referring to him at Rotledge, Jonathan de Guzman and Pablo Hernandez were also subject to his complaining. |

In the last 4 games we have scored no goals, we have had at least a dozen excellent chances and converted none of them. Is that the fault of Matt Grimes? This tells me that our front players are simply not good enough. |
