Yes he has very little to work with, but the players looked clueless yesterday, and some of them could not wait to get substituted.
I like him and we would be made to change managers again, but he cannot escape the blame for yesterday's debacle.
What an earth did they do in training for the last two weeks? |

Nourry is right Marti's performance last season was exceptional and he deserves to be given more time. It's only September!

Completely agree. Both tiers for away fans gives up home advantage and it’s time to grow our fan base after the amazing support this season.
Really annoying they can’t find some solution that prevents having to cover up the front rows. I can think of plenty of clubs with opposition fans above one another. Surely it can’t be that difficult? |

Agree. Twice in the first half he was in space just outside the box, but failed to control the ball and gave it away; allowing Watford to hit us on the break. Both of which resulted in panic last ditch defending and near misses that could have gone in. |

Completely agree it’s fine to play the underdog, but accepting 2nd best and making excuses all the time promotes a culture of failure, which we have from top to bottom,judging by the B team result today.
Not sure GA has the gravitas or charisma of Warnock or Warburton to turn it round on his own. But hoped to be proved wrong. [Post edited 9 May 2023 20:28]

AC Milan went to this formation after their awful start to a season. Not trying to be world beaters but shore up the defence and build from there.
If it’s good enough for them, we should give it a go. |

Hoos gave an interview last week.
He was arrogant and dismissive of fans, but worst of all had no plans or desire to make any improvements.
Club is rotten to the core with a manager that cannot motivate his team. A director of football that has failed completely for 7 years and a CEO who has run out of ideas. |
