Yeah, great run for our ex-strikers. Especially daggers, murray and holt. Deserve it though to be quite honest |

it wouldnt have even been a freekick if it was outside the box, no doubt about it. Another ref on another day we would have bagged the 3 pints and moved up to about 6th or 7th. Disgraceful how we have to rely on refs to get us 3 points. Wheres sep blatter when you need him. Anyway a positive note: scored another 2 goals. |

I would honestly say that rochdale's second half at Rotherham was better than I have seen them in 2 seasons |

thats not fair to say he is not as good as jlaa. i agree with the statement but it isnt fair to say that. i say this because he didnt get as much of a running did he, he is not in the same position. 9 times out of 10 when he was in strike he put a goal in. when he was in strike he did brilliant! when he had good games, he was brill. when he had bad, they weren't terrible. he has never played TERRIBLE. anyway he didnt get as much time on the pitch as jlaa. jlaa had a average season compared to what he would get with the likes of grimsby. i hope joey does well for tranmere. i wish him the best of success. oh, and he didnt play much last season, this doesnt mean it was his fault. |
| Forum Thread | Rochdaleafc last big signing? at 18:04 2 Aug 2012
I can't recall dale buying any big names. Good players but no big names people have heard off |
| Forum Reply | Thompson on the move? at 17:51 1 Aug 2012
If he does well. He does excellent. However like others said he hasn't really improved. He is my sons favourite player and it would devastate him if Joel left. He should get one more chance and the jc should make a decision. I think he will be key in our role to promotion, come on Joey win the fans over. |
| Forum Thread | Feeling slightly optimistic about the new season, thoughts? at 17:33 1 Aug 2012
Feeling confident but also quite worried about our goals, where will they come from I mean in our pre-season friendlies. Our goals have come from odd players. For example against b'Burn. Joe Thompson, a great player but he came from the bench to score, why didn't we score before. And last night against marine. A trail it's scored. Got any thoughts? |

Nice to see our players still putting a lot of effort into their football after being 5'1 down, it got us a goal, maybe something learned? |
| Forum Thread | Timitope Obedayi at 09:56 11 Apr 2012
I know we had a pretty shocking outcome, being 5'2 but, I saw some class football from Rochdale in both first and second halfs, the link up play sometimes between JLAA and timi Obedayi was fantastic, I thought Michael symes pulled his weight a little more, I was disappointed to see no enthusiastic from Coleman, as he brought no subs on. But I was genuinely impressed by them 3 players, and tutte, kennedy. What do you think? |
