Was there on a photoshoot a couple of years back and loved it.
Valetta is astonishingly beautiful, try and visit the underground tunnels from ww2, forget about the blue lagoon, its shyte, but...... if you have a hire car, visit Gozo!
Where as Malta is quite busy but nice, little island Gozo is like the 1950's it's so under populated and quiet. Almost a perfect spot to chillax.
The trip to Gozo is about a fiver, amd the ferry takes 10 minutes to cross the straights.
I'm still of the opinion (sorry), that if you took sincs out of front line footy, and teach him the nuances of football, offside etc (unless he's a complete fool / dullard), he could have become a good, dangerous player.
However, Brizzle stitched themselves up, by not realising this, of him and paid big money for an untrained, un skilled tall chap. If done right, and providing sincs doesnt turn into charlie big testicles, he could surprise us all.
Better off sitting back watching re-runs of cagney and lacey , with a box of tissues and hand cream mate! far more entertaining and guarantees a happy ending to the 'play'! lol
I've seen Adam ATA at 12 or so festivals and gigs the last few years.
Nowadays i never know which Adam is going to turn up..... the one with energy and verve, or the out of breath mumbler who doesnt sing some of the words and looks to be going through the motions.
If its the first one your in for a treat, second? it's....... ok, i suppose. Hope they do a good sound check as that helps.
