Racism has, as a word, increased its usage from being just about race to being about more or less anything that has something to do with heritage or 'classification'. Obvious example: using the word "black" in front of a swear word is clearly racism, even though a colour is not a race nor a defining factor for any specific race. Degatory comments or behaviour based on religion also goes under racism, despite it obviously not having anything to do with a persons "race" either. You could write an entire essay on the different nuances of racism if you wanted to. So the 'pseudo racism' tag, i asume, is to notify that Dars comments are racist in nature by their usage of trying to incur degatory reference to a person based purely on origin of birth. |

I see you're still hurting by him not fawning over you. Give it a rest Dar. He's not gonna come back and cuddle your chin no matter how much you keep brooding at him or try to slag him on a message board. |

If it hadn't been for the fact that Michu was doing enough as an attacker to get called up for spain, of all nations, to play in that position, you might have had more of a point I remember Laudrup refusing to play under the danish national coach because he felt that the tactics employed by the coach at the time were too defensive. After the national team won the eurocup using those defensive tactics he reconciled with the coach again. Looking at some of the matches we had under him, especially chelsea in the cup semis, it's clear he took the lesson to heart he learned back then. |

Just our luck that they will pick up points against us then |

I guess a headset were used to send directives from the chairman to 'his guy' near the manager to pass on the instructions. See we're more advanced than Cardiff, we use wireless technology rather than send paper notes. |

Reminds of you in that way I guess ;) As for the 2nd cardiff game, you are just talking out of wishfull thinking. If there is anything I've noticed about Laudrup, it's that he is adaptive and learns from mistakes. The first game was, as Curtis stated in an interview before the game, all about not loosing rather than winning. We all saw what happened there, including Laudrup. I'm confident he would have taken that experience in consideration when laying out tacs for the game. In regards to Monk, he's stated to the press he's only thinking about one game at a time, and it showed all too clearly when the fixtures was congested. I see some people think the swans are 'playing better' now. I disagree. I just see a team that is told to "get at 'em" while tactics, proper subs and long term planning is taking a back seat with results to show. I guess in that regard we have a difference of the british mentality versus continental, if you want to. I hope Monk learns, and learns fast, that he needs to think longer ahead and that his subs gets improved, cause I am certainly not impressed by his acomplishments so far. |

Narh. I'll let you do that sort of thing, since that seems to be what fills your mind. |

I can't help but wonder why the clubs in the nations where fans pose a real danger keep getting admission into the tournemants. |

If Monk gets the job, I certainly hope he gets more ambitious in the cups than what he has shown so far. |

Unless Monk decided to drive the boys into the ground with training, they should be well rested and none of the lethargy that we witnessed last match should be present. For that reason, I do believe it will be a win. |

That picture made me ponder about the thing that Dar seems to be one of the posters that posts "an awful lot" Jokes aside, dar. I don't think I've seen any other poster than you provoke several people into just not bothering with this forum anymore. So you do have a knack for pissing off people. |

If you're going to use silly numbers, why not just use the real silly numbers instead? like torres or the like? Overpriced players shouldn't form a basis for what you realistically expect to get from a player, especially since the clubs pulling power isn't that big compared to other clubs in the league. At least Ben is a swans fan, which could put gravel in the cogs that might want to sell him for a profit. I'd much prefer we keep the good players we got, rather than become a selling club. |

video is not available for me to see. But the debate reminds me of the time the coach of the danish national team ordered his team to miss a penalty on purpose because the penalty decision was ludicrous. |

How long has he been coming back from injury now? He can't keep using that excuse for lesser performances. Or rather, the team can't really use it for anything, since the opponents couldn't care less when trying to exploit him. |

If we're talking any cup game in this season, I'd say Valencia away. If we are only talking the FA, I'd say ManU away. Reason being nice football and big scalps. |
