Bang on especially the last bit, fine lines and all that. |

I started a thread about him a few weeks ago, I didnt get much response at the time but I'm glad it's been brought up again. I'd be pleased if this was the type of player the R's were looking at. The little i've seen of him he does look a decent two footed footballer but I'm sure the fans and coaching staff can soon put a stop to that. |

Yes he will still hit bad crossses, passes etc but purely and simply because he will have more time, space and opportunity I think his end product will improve. Remember others have looked great until they step up a level, he's doing the reverse so it should help. |

Serious question. Has work started on it, if not any ideas when??? |

A genuinely young two footed player at Brentford. I was impressed. |

I heard he is under 21 and scored 42 goals last season, supposed to be joining the R's. Can anyone confirm this or has anyone seen him play? |

Cesar is one of the best reaction save keepers I have seen but even though he's far from perfect give me Green. There is a stat that says QPR have conceded more goals in the 6 yard box than any other team. That tells you alot about Cesars alround ability. Sadly there does seem to be a lack of good keepers so as imo Green ticks more of the right boxes I'd play him. |

A lot of sport is played in the mind and I've often thought the club expected to win that opening game and pick up a point against norwich. 4 points from 2 games leading into 3 difficult fixtures wouldn't have been too bad. The result and the manner of it left the club on the back foot straight away and sadly most footballers these days (not just those wearing blue and white hoops) are not up for anything that resembles a battle. |
| Forum Reply | Tony: Season ticket prices at 18:06 3 May 2013
For those who don't think the club need a bigger because they can't fill it now, the following taken from one of the posts on this thread is exactly why they do. It might not be that easy to get ST's in those areas, there are far more Gold seats than Silver and Bronze put together. When they first introduced banding I moved my 3 ST's from a gold area to Silver and there weren't that many options then. Friends and family are put off attending games if they can't sit together. Therefore revenue/attendance lower than it could be because of this. As for the main topic, tickets may have been overpriced in the championship but remember we are two seasons on from then. Overall I think the fans should be fairly happy with the price but i'm sure there are some fans that would moan if the tickets were free. |

People on here slagging off Harry need to get a reality check. Yes there was enough points availiable to stay up but lets be realistic. He took over a team with 4 points from 13 games, since his arrival Rangers have averaged around a point a game which over a full season would've probably been enough to stay up. The team has improved which given the fact it is so unbalanced and in many areas lacking committment is a minor miracle. He inherited the vast majority of this squad so even with the additions he made it was still a big ask. People criticize the fact he spent money in one breath and say what a superstar Remy is in another. In most sport it's about fine lines. Imo in Rangers case toswankas freekick hitting the bar is that fine line. That goes in Rangers go in 2 up at halftime and imo they stay up. Again imo HR staying represents Rangers best chance of bouncing straight back which I still think is unlikely given that he still has such a huge mess to sort out. He has a decent track record at this level and his wheeler dealing is second to none. |

Until the R's got promoted I used to think football was all about the premier league, it's not, it's about man utd. Football for real fans is like cd's and books, they are still around but are slowly dying off. Football is now for the tv audience which is these sad tw*ts that follow mainly manure or if they want to be a little diverse another so called big club. |

From a Rangers point of view the result didn't really matter as they were not going to be caught but from theirs it obviously did. And they got that bit of much needed luck at the right time. Cisse's goal stands 1-1 different game and I think different result. |

I'd like to believe the R's will bounce straight back but I can't see it happening. Keeping Harry gives them a slight chance but imo anyone that thinks the R's will walk to the title/promotion is deluded. It's another rebuilding job. Anything decent will be off leaving the heartless, gutless, not good enough and in the case of Derry and Hill I think too old. I think that's being realistic not pessismistic. I hope I'm wrong and someone can drag this post up in 12 months but I doubt I will be. |

And interestingly i'm led to believe nor do alot of spurs fans. |
| Forum Reply | Championship Positives? at 17:08 8 Apr 2013
While there are alot of things wrong with the over-hyped premier league, I guarantee any positives about the championship will quickly turn into negatives on this board should the R's look like they are not making a shift return to the top flight. |
| Forum Reply | Mbia brainless! at 17:01 8 Apr 2013
Spot on. Our fans amaze me, it was the 13th post on this thread when someone eventually made a reasoned sensible comment. Yes it was a foul (which typically of the modern footballer he went down too easy) but had it not been for his run 10 minutes earlier the game would have still been a draw (people forget that). Harry got it right saying that eagerness to get the ball away led to the foul. It's always horrible for a result to turn against your team in the last minute but there is quite a few moments and minutes that will bring about Rangers eventual relegation, NOT just Mbia's foul. |

Regardles of who goes down and stays up there are so many bad teams in this so called best league in the world, stoke, norwich, sunderland, villa to name a few. This league is becoming more and more like the scottish prem everyday (something I always thought would happen). It's what makes the R's likely departure from this division all the more frustrating. It really could and should've been avoided. |

Had he not got injured when he did and stayed fit I think his style of play would have helped the R's gain more points over the season. |
