Reasonably priced flights with Ryanair from Stansted currently. Never been to Vienna, and have always wanted to go - perfect opportunity. |

The to-ing and fro-ing from 2Thomas2Bowles and Hunterhoop really sums up how toxic this football club has become. Our own fans arguing with each other, just as on Twitter, which for me has become a no-go zone after a bad result. |

Yes, me! Although I'm not going tomorrow - have other plans. But generally try and do most of the away games in NW/NE. |
| Forum Reply | Pub for next season at 09:01 24 Jul 2018
We've got quite a few different pubs that we frequent. The Andover Arms, although a good 20 minute walk from LR in Aldensley Street in W6, used to be a firm favourite. Although it was off the beaten track a bit, it still attracted a good sprinkling of Rs fans on matchdays. These days, we head for either the Green or the Crown and Sceptre - although cheap they both are not. I remember going in the Shepherd and Flock just before closing time after the playoff final, and the barmaid had "We Are The Champions" on repeat. |

Myself and one or two mates are contemplating it. Thinking of using Frankfurt as a base, and then getting a train from there to Eppingen on the day of the game - think it involves a change at Karlsruhe. |

Looks like it's being played at VFB Eppingen, who play in the 6th tier of the German league system. |

Free replica shirt thrown in with a match ticket. Nice touch. |

Glad to see Chair get his debut. Hopefully he 'll chair-ish that moment for a long, long time... |
| Forum Reply | 'The Reason I Can't Make The Millwall Game' Excuse Thread at 12:57 3 Jul 2017
Last time I went to Millwall away was the 0-2 defeat in the Championship winning season 2011. Before the game, I was told I was being made redundant, and a girl I was dating at the time decided to break it off. Double whammy. Then I legged it to London Bridge to grab the train to South Bermondsey and one of the worst awayday experiences ever. The walk down that caged walkway from the station, Wall fans to the left and right making racist gestures at Shittu, and then being locked in the ground forty five minutes after the game so the streets are cleared of their menace. What a right laugh. But f**k it, I'll be there on the 30th Dec. A Glasgow Rangers fan who I work with has convinced me it'll be a great day out. |

Worked at a certain private hire company years ago and had to inform Kate Moss that her cab was going to be late. She was very snotty. |

As a 14 year old, sang this with great gusto when Whigfield did a cover of it in the mid 90s... "Last Christmas, I gave you my heart, but the very next day, you said you were gay." |

Full article: Queens Park Rangers will learn this month whether they will face a fine of £57.9 million for a possible breach of spending limits in winning promotion to the Premier League three years ago. The west London club’s dispute with the Football League will be heard by an arbitration panel, made up of three QCs, at a hearing next week. If QPR win the argument, it could have a knock-on effect for Bournemouth and Leicester City, who have also challenged the League’s attempts to impose a fine on them for recording sizeable losses during their promotion to the top flight. Leicester claim the regulations were “unlawful”. QPR, who were relegated after just one season back in the Premier League, challenged the legality and accounting principles of the Football League’s Financial Fair Play rules, which at the time restricted clubs to maximum losses of £8 million. While the club announced an annual loss of £9.8 million for the 2013-14 season, when they were promoted through the play-offs, they wrote off £60 million in loans and that figure was transferred to profit and loss as an “exceptional item”. The Football League says that such equity injections are not permitted and argued over the accountancy. QPR declined to comment. |
