I also thought the muscleman made a poor match much, much worse; almost unbearable in fact, but also glad I stayed to the bitter end despite the twitches in my glutes after their goal. Great job, Alex; if hopefully you haven't already decided to chuck the whole thing in, I will look forward to subsequent reports :-) |

Woke up early this morning and the first bloody thing to come into my head was this match - was it us, was it them or the ref, or them plus the ref? So, when your brain is in a confused mess after a match and a result like that the only thing, the only thing you can do is turn to this site and take two readings of your report. Thank you, a soothing remedy for the fevered fan. |

Excellent piece, well argued, but who is listening? By doing nothing in terms of lobbying, the deafening silence of the FA, EFL and other football bodies speak volumes. |

Brilliant, thank you CW. The Football League is beyond not fit for purpose, it is an anti-footballing clique of spiteful, shameless big business lickspittles. |

Clint Hill, an absolutely superb role model and a professional of the truest form. Very disappointed, like everybody else, to see him released but you can't keep a good man down - get those badges sorted Clint and help us back to the Prem, you know we want you to! Thanks for that perfect piece, Clive. U Rs! |
