Goes penalties anyway, but spurs through, was a big banana skin for them. That Werner is trash

I know, but In previous seasons it would have been a replay after the 90.

Part of the reason why I haven’t watched one FA Cup game this weekend. Tamworth should sue the FA for loss of earnings.

As much as I was pissed off at our result yesterday, I’m well and truly over it and glad we’re out of it. I won’t be watching any more FA Cup games until our next defeat in January 2026.

If the FA don’t give a f uck about their own competition, why should anyone else.

It would be a nice touch if Daniel Levy returned Spurs' share of the gate receipts to Tamworth: 3,700 at £35(?) x 40%(?) = c.£50k

Then again, there is more chance of Tamworth winning the FA Cup than that tightwad doing the decent thing.

so frustrating they've gone with this. Teams should have the option to choose a replay or not, and if they both agree can go ahead with extra time. Fine, no one wants Blackburn and Swansea or Palace Everton to go to a replay - they can choose to end it there and then. But Tamworth should have been able to force a replay today and punish Spurs. Not just for the money a replay nets you but for a chance to recover and potentially beat Spurs.

Man Utd have a heavy schedule of friendlies in Asia at the end of the season . These infernal replays won’t help the work load on the players.
It’s not about small clubs . It’s about the Big clubs.

45% of the gate receipts so if Sours sold 50 000 tickets at an average of £40. Tamworth would receive around £900k. Plus any tv fees and commercial sales by the club themselves, scarfs etc etc
Basically the FA have f....ed the little guy yet again.
But sure Spurs will take their overworked players on a nice little earner tour at the end of the season.
