Huddersfield Match Thread 16:16 - Mar 12 with 33009 views | PinnerPaul | Started the BC one, so here's hoping for a similar result. We're quite strong favourites for this one - Even money with Paddy P. I'll go for 2-0 Johansson and Chair to score
Huddersfield Match Thread on 14:15 - Mar 13 with 1775 views | karl | Always like Kakay aggressive attitude, tackles well and although not the tallest (I think) he's competitive in the air because of it too. Maybe right side of a 3 suits him, it's his final ball from wingback that puts him behind (ironically I know for some) Kane. Good luck to him as I think he's a good prospect and is now up against team mates playing very well just to get in the team.

Didn't see that coming. Suppose Ozzie is there for his pace, but with Dickie and Barbet so comfortable either side of Cameron or De Wijs, I'd have been tempted to leave it as it was. Can't see Kakay playing Central or left and I can't see Dickie playing left, so Dickie in the middle. I think that he has excelled as the wider centre half, so not sure he should go Central. Gonna be interesting how that all pans out. Could it be a move back to a back 4? Hope not...

Kakay is 5'9 I believe. Then again Paul Parker was 5'5 and look how brilliant he was on the ground and in the air. Good luck to Kakay today. He leaves everything out there when he plays.

Huddersfield Match Thread on 14:24 - Mar 13 with 1668 views | bakerloo8 | Good chance for Ossie to show what he can do in a back 3. His pace definitely an advantage to the other two, interesting to see how he gets on and good for DeWijs to get a rest as he gets up to speed. Rest of the team picks itself. U Rrrrrs

Cheers Bosh, I think he does very well in the air for being 5'9''. PP was a definite exception in a time of direct football too.
Huddersfield Match Thread on 14:26 - Mar 13 with 1621 views | BrianMcCarthy | If I remember rightly, they gave us a chasing up at theirs. We were 4231 at the time, though, and we're clearly better now than we were then. Would be very happy with a 1-0 win today.

Glad to see Dykes on the bench and that his ankle injury was only minor plus I think he's better as an impact sub when we're losing and having to resort to lumping it forward. 3-2 to the Rs

| Strong and stable my arse. |

Warburton described it as our worst performance of the season. So let's hope we are in revenge mode

Disagree. Play your best team if fit and Dykes isn't in it for me.

I think we need to flood midfield and play passing football, so I'm happy with that team.

If I remember correctly it was the only game where I thought we gave up without a fight, quite a dismal performance as well as Huddersfield playing well. Very disappointing but thankfully a bit of a one off

I've up voted for the retort at the end😂 Personally I'd stick with Dykes on the bench, gradually improving performances coming on as sub probably best for him. And to star for Scotland over 3 games please!!
Huddersfield Match Thread on 14:40 - Mar 13 with 1441 views | B_Wad | I have to think that the R's with three days recovery and Huddersfield with seven will be a factor. Maybe go to the bench a little earlier.
Huddersfield Match Thread on 14:49 - Mar 13 with 1339 views | Greenbay | We've only scored three goals in the League twice this season. They were 3-2 home wins over Cardiff in October and also 3-2 against Rotherham in November. 3 today please - with Dykes coming on to score and start his run of 10 goals in the last 12 matches of the season. The other two scorers Austin and Chair in a 3-1 win.
Huddersfield Match Thread on 14:55 - Mar 13 with 1259 views | Northernr | Kakay is pretty quick, Huddersfield have quick forwards. De Wijs is massive, Millwall have massive forwards. Makes sense if they don’t think de Wijs can do both.

Difficult game to predict but I don't think we'll be comfortable winners, they've hit a little form and extra rest. However if we do get our rhythm going for longer spells we should give someone a good doing. Tight game 1 goal in it if we win will be my guess though
Huddersfield Match Thread on 14:58 - Mar 13 with 1213 views | Malintabuk | Nice to see Kakay get a start as it is always good to give one of our own a start. Still think we win even without the beast

Agreed. That's probably the thinking. KaKay's pace a factor. If it was just that de Wijs is tired then Cameron would be in.
