Many bothering ?

A new ground for me so will be going. With only 2 game till start of the season it seems we're going to be undercooked for Stoke

I see Oxford have played 6 games already

Yeah, I could do that. I just don't feel like it.

'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'

I will be at Harlington watching the under 23s play Kuwait.

Kuwait refused to play ball.
When they turned up they were surprised to discover they were playing an under 23 side when they assumed it was our first team. So they got back N the coach and drove off.
This was the same Kuwait team that have played the mighty Maidenhead plus Marlow in the past week.

That was a sweet corner from Eze for the first goal. More of the same please.

The grass is always greener.

Obviously worried about getting a thrashing from a bunch of kids.

Maybe somebody sent them the video of the last time an international side came to play us

The ground is right next to a sewage treatment facility so it bloody stunk!

QPR looked good at times, Amos looks good, Shodipo and Bright Samuel had there moments too. No out and put striker so hard to gauge how much of a threat we are. If there was a Nakhi Wells or Matt Smith we would have scored a load more.

Excited for the season!

Thanks for the summary. Hopefully Warburton is starting to get his ideas across.

I was in Oxford today. Bowled them out for 84. Comfy 6 wicket win.

Amos isn't afraid to get up the pitch. Seems more aggressive than anyone else. Probably realizes no one else has a goal in them.

I thought we were decent in patches and although we're going to struggle next season ( we have the last few ) at least we have a game plan and identity of playing something we haven't had for years

Amos looked excellent just hope the injury isn't too bad , Also think Ball was decent again going about his business quietly

Difficult to judge this team with no strikers but if we got Wells back playing this type of football he would be far better than last season IMO

Lumley looks a bit shaky on the ball but he did do an excellent pass to set up an excellent counter attack where BOS hit the bar

All in all a decent day , excellent support with 1088 making the journey

1088, delighted but.... at the start of the second half the pic I posted would suggest there was a much smaller turnout than that. Were they taking in a tour of the sewage works?
