used to take forever finding the result of the barca v madrid etc years ago,and that if you even knew they were playing each other.Now,we get those games on our tv and all updates on the web etc.The digital age is one of the reasons for the way football has gone.Like i say,it wont revert back so we may as well go along with the flow rightly or wrongly. There are even whispers around that the top 6 could be the champions league entrants in the next season or 2.We know why that is dont we?mainly because Man U and Chelsea have missed out in recent seasons,so top 6 would make itvirtually impossible for those kind of teams to miss out.

Then we can’t moan about clubs choosing to play reserve teams, because it’s “great” when things move on.
I dont moan about that anyway.Its up to a manager how he rotates a squad.I would not risk injuries (and potentially my job)just for a checkatrade,efl cup game etc.

Let's take a random club, say Huddersfield, who play 38 league games in a season.
Dale play 46 league games in a season and last term we also had seven FA Cup matches, five Checkatrade ties and two games in the EFL Cup.
I make that 60 games and the only times we made major squad changes was for the Checkatrade Trophy, as per the competition rules.
So, if Keith Hill has to and can use the same pool of players for almost 60 games, why do Premier League clubs feel the need to "rotate their squads" so that little Johnnie Foreigner can get a week off?
It's a load of rollocks!

My point is we have to accept it in this day and age,rightly or wrongly.To me it isnt a positive but i accept its the way football has gone and will never revert.So,all i can suggest is,dont go to those games where you know it will be a rotation of squad if you are not happy about it.

Well, they tried to, tbf.
EFL prob realise now that most are doing it illegally via a vpn so may as well make it legal for uk viewers and make a bit more.cant really blame them.Bound to be one or 2 who dont understand what a vpn is so make it legal for them and make us more money.
