Maybe BT are hoping for Woking to beat Bury and Peterborough to win against Tranmere. Woking v Peterborough is probably a decent game on paper. Then it's either our match or the Gateshead Luton tie. Not too fussed personally but I'd be gutted for Slough if they're not live.

I was thinking exactly that - the delay by BT is all down to them hoping it's Woking v Peterborough. I'm not sure it will matter who they pick though - as has already been mentioned both the live FA cup slots that BT have - they will be up against Premier League/Championship games at the same time.
Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10
Just confirmed on twitter, Monday 4th December at 19:45.
Always on the cards to be the Monday game.
Good draw for the money. Now we have the issue of having the hype of the game and the banana skin - I know there is a lot of distance but I'm certain it will be a horrible and hard game to win.
It will make the ticket allocation issue that was coming very easy to solve.
EDIT: chalky will be happy too that Notts are on the box.

I will be completely honest and say that didnt see it coming and I would have preferred it not to be on TV,Oxford City will already be hyped up for a bit of giant killing without the TV cameras pumping them up even more, its turned out as a great fixture for them but its just got banana skin written all over it for Notts

Oxford City and Dale on the TV - I never thought I would have both of my teams on TV on the same weekend. That will never happen again! Hope to get to both if I can get a ticket for the Slough game.
Surprised they have gone for the City game as the chances of us pulling off another upset are quite small, but the money will be very welcome as the club is a bit cash-strapped.

Haven't they just put on the three bottom ranked teams in fixtures that are confirmed (i.e. leaving out replays).
The ticket announcement is later this week says the club. Given the capacity issue we should get about 300 tickets - I can see that being enough for the Rochdale allocation.
If you live in Rochdale you're going to be getting home after midnight and the game is on BT Sport which can save a supporter a lot of cost.
And is this our first ever FA Cup game on a Monday? Must be.

Think replays used to be played on the Monday immediately after the drawn Saturday game

We played Salford on TV a couple of seasons ago,Notts didn't show up (except themselves) and lost 2-0 I'm on mornings that day at work and have already booked an early finish so that I could make the 3pm kickoff but the move to an early time has thrown a spanner in the works now

Donny (h) in the Checkatrade was pencilled in for the Tuesday 5th Dec. I hope we don't have to do what Fleetwood did which was play Monday / Wednesday as Fleetwood to Chorley isn't the same journey as Dale to Slough.
