I'd probably release him and look for a replacement to be in place before pre-season. Not ideal to sack another manager but I'd rather we didn't change mid-season and his form suggest he won't last until Xmas.

As much as the bloke is a grade A bell end, i would be more comfortable with Pardew in charge. Give him a pre season to sort out who he wants, get them drilled, and choose a handful of additions where he wants them - and I think we'd be half decent. I repeat though, he is a huge helmet. And I know many will shout me down for this.

He must mean Zola Budd, because that makes more sense.
...or he might mean the bloke who replaced Zola and "saved" Brum. Come 'ome 'Arry!
(Irony, guys, irony).
I love Ollie for everything he's done previously, but aside from a good March, results are even worse than they were under Jimmy. I can't see Ollie turning this ship around - sorry!
At the time we appointed Holloway I wanted Darrell Clarke from Bristol Rovers who is still a manager that I like, but I'm not convinced that now would be the right time to get him, if we'd appointed him earlier he'd have had half a season to assess the squad before this summer.
For all those wanting Holloway to go I'm yet to hear a decent replacement mentioned, it's easy to sack a manager but not so easy to appoint one.
I think Holloway needs to settle on a plan a and a plan b, get the players drilled in them and the strongest 11 for each and stop experimenting all the time.
