Justice for Johnson on 19:14 - Mar 10 by Jango | The whole situation came to light when the girl was in a drunken state on a night out, mouthing off about it all. The parents knew about the Johnson affair for a few months prior to this but only went to police to protect daughter after the word got out. If I found out my daughter had been meeting up with a 26 year old the last thing I'd be doing would be to let her go out on the pop. As I've said all along, Johnson will get what he deserves, the gir and her parents should be grateful nothing worse happened and they that they are not getting prosecuted themselves, certainly not getting compo. If you think your 15 year old daughter is old enough to go out clubbing breaking the law, don't go giving it 'she's only a child' when it goes wrong |
So where did you see this I'd like to read the article

I agree wholeheartedly. You'd have to be sick inthe head to try and deflect any blame whatsoever from the Child Sex Offender Adam Johnson on this. If they believe what they are arguing they are sick, if theyare wumming, they are sick and tossers.

Jesus, the news broke out about this because she was boasting about it whilst DRUNK! She is 15, it is illegal to drink under the age of 18! Her parents knew she was out drinking! She is 3 years away from being the legal age to drink and only 1 year away from being the legal age to have sex! You can't pick and choose when you stand by the letter of the law, the hypocrisy in the thread is unbelievable! I'm not saying johnsons not in the wrong, but the girl or her parents are not exactly Squeeky clean in it all and all you claiming they should rightly get compo are a joke.

It's not necessarily illegal for a 15 year old to drink alcohol. Depends on the circumstances. And her parents have certainly broken no laws. There's been no talk of compo either. As I said upthread, there was a suggestion in a paper that the victim could sue Johnson for something or other. The victim has said she's no interest in doing so. Still, you carry on trying to blame the victim of a sexual crime for her predicament. It's weird mind.

Just what difference her having a few drinks/drunk as got to do with anything I don't know, its got fukall to do with the fact that Johnson groomed and sexually assaulted a 15yr old girl that's the undeniable fact, her being drunk then after or before doesn't come into what Johnson did, he knew exactly what he was doing, as the "responsible" adult he should have acted accordingly.

What circumstances would it be legal for a 15 year old to go out and get drunk? It is is illegal under the age of 18. 16 or 17 can drink alcohol with a meal if accompanied by a adult, by she wasn't 16 or 17, she was 15! Or are you willing to let the difference slip in this instance because it suits you? I was just going off an article I'd read that day about her getting compensation and I made it clear I thought there was no way she should receive it.

Proceedings have resumed and another school friend of the 15-year-old girl at the centre of the case is being cross-examined. She has told the court that the girl told friends at a party on January 31 about her alleged sexual encounter with Adam Johnson, claiming it happened the day before. Mr Pownall QC said “She got a bit drunk and told all the girls?” The school pal said: “Yeah, she got a bit excited and told quite a few of us.” Mr Pownall QC said that after the party “Slowly but surely the rumours spread.”

Not that it matters, but aren’t under 16s allowed to drink in private premises? I don’t know if this party referred to, was at a pub/club. Like I said, it does not matter anyway, it has nothing to do with this case - the character/behaviour of the victim is irrelevant.

The QC mentions drunk, the witness says excited, you seem to be jumping to a lot of conclusions based on one question

It's totally relevant to the point I'm trying to make. I'm not trying to say Johnson is innocent, he's a scumbag, he'll get what he deserves. I'm trying to say that she's acted in a way that 15 year olds shouldn't be acting, her parents have let it happen and they shouldn't be getting the 'poor victim' label that most hypocrites on this site are giving them.

Justice for Johnson on 23:59 - Mar 10 with 929 views | Banosswan | She could have spread herself in front of a hearth, across a tigerskin rug, whilst shooting out pingpong balls, supping on a brandy and beckoning seductively with her index finger, using her tongue to simulate fellatio, but the moment it was understood that she was underage, he should've done a cartoon-like about turn and got the f out of there. A few people on here are obviously in the "she was wearing a mini shirt so was asking for it" brigade.

Let me guess, you’re the type of person that thinks if a woman dressed in a short skirt and low cut top gets raped, then she’s really asking for it, right?
