| News Comment | Royals fall victim to Roberts' redemption story - Report at 13:00:34
Very enjoyable report Clive. I loved the Jeff Hendrick section! Like you I was very surprised by the negative substitutions Ince made in the second half. I think it helped turn the game in our favour and invited us to pile the pressure on. If Critchley made those type of substitutions with us in a similar situation, 2-0 up at home against a team in very poor form, I'd be very annoyed and hold him responsible for the dropped points. |

Very well balanced article Clive and like you I'm still in the 'Warbs should stay' camp. However, if he fails to reverse our current decline and we finish in a much lower position than last year's 9th, I may have to think again as I always think managers should be judged at the end of a season. Thanks also for still managing to inject some LOL lines into a mainly serious piece. I loved 'West Brom who lost for the eighth time in their last 14 games away at Birmingham at the weekend in a game that manager Steve Bruce said was the worst he’d ever seen. Given he’s seen every game Steve Bruce has ever managed that’s really saying something'. Brilliant! |

Superb, Clive. Right up there with your unforgetable report on the Play-off Final. Brilliantly captured how it feels to be an R's fan on nights like these. So many great one-liners (BigJet TV a classic which summed up exactly our feelings when Pool equalised). Thought of you straight away when Ward booked Dieng for time wasting and knew it would get a big mention. To top it all off on a purely personal note, you inadvertently even gave a nod to my all-time favourite piece of music Local Hero (Mark Knopfler) in relation to Richard Keogh. Thank you! |

Totally agree with every word in your introduction, Clive. Win, lose or draw, I love watching this QPR team play. I want my Club to be brave and chase wins, rather than settle for draws, even if it does sometimes cost them points. Can’t wait to watch them again on Sunday. Thanks for the great preview piece. |

9/10 for the ratings Clive. An 8 because I agree with many of them, plus 1 for showing your workings. 10/10 for the match report. Did full justice to a terrific match. Best £10 I’ve spent in a long time for the QPR+ live stream. |
| News Comment | Dykes comes good as QPR nudge Owls towards doom — Report at 09:58:23
Thanks Clive. Some great lines. I particularly liked, “So far, so monkey’s tea party. Championship teams doing Championship things to each other in the name of funâ€. A couple of stand out moments for me that should make the end of season showreel; The relaxed and competent way Dieng dealt with that nightmare back pass from Dickie and the fantastic chest pass by Dykes. Happy days! |

I'm not a fan of Cameron & Ball in midfield. Cannon and Ball (Tommy & Bobby) would have been more effective on Wednesday night. |

Brilliant piece Clive. A fitting farewell tribute to match the lad's amazing ability and very likeable personality. Absolutely loved the line about him trapping a Tesco ball dropped from the moon in a named storm! Sad to see him go and even sadder that we didn't get a chance to say Goodbye. It's a real shame that we missed seeing him in the flesh for his last few appearances as an R. However, I was lucky enough to be at the 3-1 Villa game, where along with the rest of the travelling R's we realised we had a real talent on our hands. I wish him all the very best for the future and hope to be cheering him on in an England shirt at next year's Euro Championships. |

Reading your previews is always one of the highlights of my normal match day routine. Thanks for all your hard work with them over the season. Much appreciated! |
| News Comment | Familiar failings floor QPR at Fulham - Report at 23:29:27
Good points Myke. I thought Eze should have been subbed too in the second half. I'm a big fan of his and thought he had a good first half, despite little protection from the ref. However, he was poor second half and continually lost possesion, and I'd have taken him off for Chair, even though he was still putting effort in. Possibly faded as he had played for the England U21s mid-week, which must have been draining mentally as well as physically. He certainly should not be classed as 'unsubbable'. |

‘No surprise either to see Ryan Giggs, a man whose moral compass spins all the way up the snatch of his brother’s wife, selecting Lawrence for Wales this week regardless as well’. Nearly spilt my wine. Brilliant! |

I echo Dixie's comments that we are so lucky as a fan base to have you & DT providing us with such informative and entertaining reading. Just try and remember that it’s probably more than 95% of the site users think you are doing a fantastic job, but it’s often the critics who are most vocal as it’s far easier to criticise than create. Keep up the great work and have a terrific 2019. Catch up with you in the Crown soon. |

Thanks Clive. Although there’s no substitute for being there, your match reports are the next best thing. Well done to everyone who travelled and congratulations s to McClaren and the team. It’s great being an R’s fan again, seeing players in hoops who really seem to care. Long may it continue. |

Could not resist the temptation to look up ‘Sisyphean’, Tactical. You certainly summed up our task in one word ‘laborious and futile’ - it certainly is. |
