I'm very sorry to read this as seeing a pet so ill is horrible.
Immunotherapy is very effective and I suggest contacting the Dog's Trust or All Dogs Matter who maybe can advise on other treatments.

Look at YouTube videos of Celar’s goals and most are close range with dreadful defending and third rate goalkeeping.
Buying him off that was foolish and he plays like he wishes he hadn’t joined us.
