It’s never enjoyable is it, just stressful, but here’s my thoughts. I thought Smyth had his best game for a while, he was the only player looking to get in behind, surprised he was taken off. Celar, I’ve seen Sloths with more killer instinct, no movement in the box, just happy to be sandwich between the 2 CB’s, that cross that was fizzed across just needed a touch but he just watched it go by, really worrying, think we may have another Borysiuk on our hands here, he looks totally out of his depth. Morgan was brilliant, so eager to get on the ball and always looks to do something positive, totally fearless, hope he can cement a spot in the team now. Varane was better tonight, much more like it and exactly what we thought we were getting when he signed, let’s hope he stays at that level now. Little Koki Saito, thrown in at left back when Paal had decided he had seen enough, he was faultless and did not stop, what a tidy little player. [Post edited 22 Oct 22:30]

| Forum Thread | Sick of it at 16:37 19 Oct 2024
Sick to death of this now I’m sick of people telling me we will be fine when Chair is back Im sick of watching them throw their arms in the air when we concede a goal and doing that slow, sad walk while the opposition players celebrate I’m sick of watching our keeper pick the ball out of our net I’m sick of watching our managers post match interviews I’m sick of watching opposition fans having a great time I’m sick of hearing the stadium announcer say the name of some player who hasn’t scored since Nelson lost an eye I’m sick of the journey home on the train with a carriage full of pissed off people anxiously looking at the league table Please feel free to add your own. |

| Forum Thread | Tyler Roberts injury update at 16:03 6 Mar 2023
From his instagram @tyro9 “So last week I recieved news that my injury was not as close to healing as first expected. This was incredibly frustrating and upsetting as worked so hard to come back and be the best version of myself to help the team but however now with this setback the time being on the sidelines has increased and as a footballer this is the most low and depressing times you can have. I will continue to walk by faith and work just as hard to hopefully be back out there soon. Its clear that we have been through a rough time recently but I have confidence in knowing that the lads are working hard on the training pitch to change this around and they will. Thank you to all the @officialqpr fans for your continued support and patience it doesn't go unnoticed” [Post edited 6 Mar 2023 16:03]

| Forum Thread | Luton v the ref at 12:51 30 Dec 2022
Some of the behaviour from Luton last night towards the ref was ridiculous and all of it went unpunished, personal highlights were the Luton player I think Doughty throwing the ball at the refs chest because he didn’t agree with the foul, no card. But my personal favourite was when we were awarded a free kick in our own box, the ball was kicked away by the Luton striker so the referee walked over to the ball, picked it up walked it back 10 yards, placed it at Seny’s feet only for the Luton striker to then walk back over to the ball, pick it up and walk off with it, right in front of the referee, no card. Not to mention the random drinks/tactics discussion which was allowed to happen whenever Luton felt like it. And what did our players do? Just watched it all happen, hands on hips. Boils my piss. Just seen on twitter that we are charging Hull fans £36, for a Tuesday night in the current climate I have to say that’s a bit steep, understand we need the revenue, Hoos wants the club to wipe its face etc Won’t Hull just charge us the same for our away fans? |
