Great read, and highlights how much effort he put in building the 'Club' and creating a strong youth development structure! Shame no manager will be given that amoun of time by both the board and fans!

Fantastic read. Like you say though if Fergie started now the way he started at United he would be out by Christmas. I think Moyes will be given more time than most managers at other clubs as United recognise it takes time to build a team and to have the managers influence reflect in the players.
