You talk about preserving the language. That’s great but to what end. So few people use it on a daily basis. More may ‘speak’ it depending upon the definition, even I know the odd word or two as all people living here will, but using it to communicate is very small percentage-wise. Yet the expense in a time where every penny is needed in essential services is disproportionate. |

Was talking to somebody I played football with many years ago, he needed both his knees done and had the first one done a year ago, not trying to put you off but he has been in agony with it since. So much so that he has cancelled having the second one done
