Don't disagree with much of that and that is another reason why we need to get back to league one.
Like you I have travelled to every away ground through the years and we all have our favourite and least favourite stadium.
Wrexham after some 18 years of absence was simply awful for Away fans.
Food dreadful, next to the appalling toilets which were equally abysmal and then the view wasn't ideal either.
The previous time I was there we sat behind the goal and facilities were much better.
Anyway enjoy Fleetwood today.

Like you Durham, I’ll be in my armchair today. In fact, I have just taken up said position to watch some TV (T10) cricket having exited my bed some four hours after my usual travel companions had departed for Fleetwood. 0530 I did for Grimsby, but a 0430 departure is just ridiculous. Back to 1500 normality for Notts County, then more nonsense for Crewe. However, a Friday night and sleep in Saturday is better than a Tuesday evening.
Sky+ is offering a choice of half a dozen matches. What is the point of that? It only hurts the home team revenues, but they probably care little having had their palms crossed with TV Silver. It’s the fans that suffer, and I’ve had enough. Clubs and EFL don’t deserve the loyalty of travelling fans. Will watch on TV instead. | | | |

…and the stupid thing is, we’re told the ban on televising 3pm kick-offs is to protect ticket sales and increase attendances. Bullshit, I guarantee it would be a bigger crowd at Fleetwood with a televised 3pm kick-off. |  |

I agree it’s a horrible ground in one of Englands most overrated towns.
…..but they do have an away bar, I think it was new last year. Avoid it at all costs, it is cold and soulless and only sells Guiness (yuk) or ice cold C@rl#ng. Which reminds me of a famous quote from one of the Directors of the long defunct Tolly Cobbold. Back in the 70´s they brought out a lager called ‘Husky’ and after they went bust, the old school director said something along the lines of ‘we called it husky because it tasted like dogs piss’.
