The Wednesday on Saturday Match Thread on 13:09 - Dec 16 by Discodroids | I, being of sound mind, Declare a 3-3 scoring draw with Taylor Richards scoring all three. Taylor's 3 goals will be achieved through the use of event horizon advanced techniques in the invention of his body shapes. Time slippage expermentation in tangent with the Doctor Manhatten tachyonic particle seperation paradox , will allow Taylor to invent new superluminal body shapes, within the Braydon quantum Field . By making his physical being indivisable across many areas of the pitch, principally in the wide areas and exposed Channels of Sheffield Wednesdays back four, Taylors oscillating luxons will free up limitless body shapes, which he has invented, in perpetuity. I believe this statement to be true. Signed, Napoleon Bonaparte 16/12/23, C/O HMP Rampton, E-Wing Beast unit, (Segregation). [Post edited 16 Dec 2023 13:17]

We were above Middlesbrough when we beat them, I'm pretty sure it's the first time since then though

Big chance for Armstrong lets hope he grabs it with 2 hands /feet .I have a sneaky gut feeling Marti does not rate him that highly but maybe he is testing him. Bringing Dykes and Willock off the bench could be a master stroke and Cook when we are closing the deal. Dozzell continues to be lucky with his good health and fitness he is ever present but not really that good IMO

Interesting. Think it will be draw, as Weds aren't bad at Hillsborough.
The Wednesday on Saturday Match Thread on 14:22 - Dec 16 with 2584 views | gazza1 | Interesting selection..... Could play 4-1-4-1, 4-4-2, 4-5-1 - lots of options.......I like it, a bit of pace, fresh legs, fully fit players, all good. We got chances but need to play well. [Post edited 16 Dec 2023 14:24]

Yes, last 2 games we started 4 2 3 1 and had only 40% possession against Hull, and were overrun by Plymouth as well early on and when they had 11 men. Pace up front today too.

I don't know Baz, but I would have thought that we did after the wins at Cardiff & Middlesbrough. I'm not checking though!

Pace galore. Expect minimum passes to get Smyth, Armstrong etc in behind. Could be set for a classic counter attack hit and run 1-0 to the super hoops. Also, Kelman dropped completely and replaced by Pedder.

Agreed. Looks like a return to a three-man centre midfield. Happy if so.

Definitely get the same impression regarding Marti’s take of Armstrong. There have been too many times since Marti got here where it otherwise would have made sense to start him/bring him on as a sub and it hasn’t happened. Big chance here. Kelman dropping all the way out of the squad is also interesting (deserved probably). Every manager has seemed intrigued and then immediately dropped and moved on after a couple games. Is Kolli banged up? I don’t recall seeing him on the bench or development squad in a while…

Marti’s becoming a bit easier to predict as I thought he might rest Cook, Dykes and Willock and start with Clarke-Salter, Armstrong and Dixon-Bonner. Hopefully my prediction of 2-1 Rangers is right too.
