Obviously work helps being a hospital porter but I'm also walking the dog for hours as well

I once did the ASA million yards swim, where you get to count up the pool lengths you did every session and total it up as you go along.It took quite a while too.Not sure if the scheme is still going, but it got me as fit as a butchers dog
