To think he’s done this with a side that allegedly has a few bad apples in the squad. If he can keep us up I’m confident he can clear the rot and reset the squad culturally next season… then who knows how far he/we can go! |

Brilliant for core strength - also used yoga and Pilates for lower back pain etc. Helped a tonne when I was playing football re increased flexibility and less muscle flare ups, strains and the like. |

If Milligan kept me out of my Sunday side I’d throw a wobbly and retire - in my opinion a crab of the highest order with a propensity to give the ball away at the most inconvenient time.

Growing up in Oz most of my fears have lasted; mainly spiders that can survive a fly swat, snakes (they’re all bloody poisonous) and sharks. Weirdly with sharks I’m ok in the ocean if I can touch the sand even though I’ve no chance of outswimming or outrunning them.
Geese and Swans are also sh*t things. |

First post in a long while - Firmly of the opinion that VAR is a menace.
It could’ve been great if It was set strict terms of use such as review of goals for offside which would compliment goal line technology well.
Watching the Korea game at present and although the VAR decision re the penalty was correct I can’t help but feel we’ve reduced the spectacle. Human error is everywhere - I’d rather a ref stuff up and play continue... Maybe that’s because I’m still raw over the France fiasco and my dislike of Swedes after being conned by one of their idiots spruiking a 4 hour drinks package in Phuket 10 years ago... |

The worst thing about "off the bone" injuries is that they're seemingly avoidable I.e. They don't generally just happen and are normally linked to existing injuries/weaknesses/niggles.
Happened a fair bit over here a couple of years back with Aussie rules players rushing back from strains and tears. |

I'm torn on this one as he's clearly had his chances and you can understand the clubs stance, however the bloke probably hasn't received the support he needed (regardless of how much money he makes or whether or not he recognised he needed help).
In an ideal world we'd sit him down and explain that we're willing to work with him through the issues but he'll need to sign a 12 month extension on much reduced terms and commit to taking up a fair share of the community initiatives the club runs - If he messes up then the club has grounds to release him from his contract... won't happen though |

I may stand corrected in the morning but that looked a shocker of a penalty decision! Nobody falls naturally with their arms outstretched.
