At the risk of saying the unsayable....
They are all sound types, I'm sure.
But the novelty has well and truly worn off with their pre-match ditty.
TBH The moment I hear them, it makes me want to go back to the pub.
The woes of the club are wholly down to what we are seeing on the pitch, and it is not these chaps' fault in the slightest.
I however just feel that they set the scene for the abject misery that we are to witness following their contribution.
Probably on my own on this, I suspect. |

This isn’t just a criticism of Juric.
It was just as bad under Brent.
But we have had all week to prepare for today.
And yet the players look like they have never met each other before.
You look at Brighton, clever interplay all across the pitch; in a different League to us.
We get a few corners. Just hit and hope; no originality or surprise element at all.
It just makes me wonder WTF they actually do at Staplewood during the week. |

My trusted sources tell me that he is staying in a hotel in the SO postcode area.
Two months of doing that whilst regularly losing would have me wanting to head to Italy / Croatia / wherever he claims is his home.
The money might be good, but I can't see it being a very appealing gig at a team which is going to require a fair bit of surgery in the summer to play in a League he knows nothing about. |

The ref was a coont.
Yet again.
Gave us hardly anything; didn’t book some of their players for clear booking offences.
Seems to happen all the time.
Absolute myth that the Prem has the best refs in it. |

David Brooks applauded by our fans.
Will Smallbone largely mocked.
FWIW I clapped Brooks. I really liked him at Saints, he was the best player on the pitch by a mile in our home play-off v West Brom. He was a great loan signing and we never replaced him when he left.
Smallbone. I didn’t jeer him, but he was terrible. Never should have been picked.
That said, I feel awful for him that he was jeered, There are a number of others in the team more deserving of that treatment. |

Just so that I could avoid their fans on the rail replacement bus.
Everybody on the bridge laughing and smiling.
It doesn’t seem to hurt people when we lose.
I get that we all know we are screwed, but why do so many Saints fans look so bloody happy?
It wounds me deeply that we lost today.
Doesn’t seem to be the case for most though. |

I would just like to see some of this for a change tomorrow?
I’ve had it with this passive, pissing about with the ball shite.
I thought we had seen the last of it with David Brent leaving, but I haven’t noticed any real change in style.
Maybe the players are just too unfit to be able to play an uptempo game.
That’s on Brent.
I don’t expect any sort of positive result tomorrow. Boscombe are simply miles ahead of us and should win comfortably.
I would however like to see us give it a proper go and make it as difficult for them as possible. [Post edited 14 Feb 15:36]
