Online ticketing issue

I am trying unsuccessfully to order tickets online for the Burnley match. But because the same ID number has been put onto the 5 season cards I bought, the ticketing system is only allowing for 1 ticket to be bought online.
The ticket office is now closed so I cannot speak to anyone at the club until Monday but don’t ideally want to take my chances with the open sales.
Any ideas?

Bit random but can anybody confirm reg Jenkins last rochdale appearance? Can’t find any details anywhere other than him leaving at the end of the 72/73 season.
