I assume there is a legal reason, but no one wins when all this goes public when someone dies.

I hope any victims can find peace.

QPR Confession:

I'm not a fan of EDB (yet). Nice lad great attitude, but he's a bit jack of all trades / master of none isn't he? I felt he run on adrenaline a bit when he made his debut and got that small run of games last season. I don't think his baseline is anything more than what we saw last night.

Haven't given up on him though. Hope he proves me very wrong.

Quite damaging if true.

Eze > Chair > Kolli

Was the line of succession wasn't it. Three valuable assets that kept us afloat and cost us fck all.

Shame (if true).

This. Absolutely nothing to do with fat finger deleting a poll.

For what it’s worth I agree Brian.

Brian is of course, utterly right, but the club will never take this seriously while the prize money for winning the third round is less than finishing 21st in the Championship.

Reform it, fund it, or fck it off.

Well, the status quo is, Man City currently outspending us by about 1100%

Going by attendance alone, the rules I’m proposing would mean they could only outspend us by about 300% (based on average attendance).

I don’t begrudge clubs with bigger gates that sell more shirts outspending us to be honest as it’s a football related income.

Clubs should be rewarded for garnering more supporters or producing the most footballers, not the biggest personal wealth reserves or access to sponsorship.

End sponsorship income or introduce a flat fee.

Dare I say it Bri, a lot of clubs did what Man City are doing now. Clough’s Forest teams and Blackburn in the 90s spring to mind.

Let’s take our QPR hats off a minute, if Gregory pulled those stunts today for another club we’d have something to say.

I won’t go into that Warnock side that won promotion for us either!

I can accept a club with 3 times our gates and 10 times our merchandise income outspending us. I can’t except a wealthy gulf state or indidvudual taking over a club just because that happens to be what he saw out the window of his/her helicopter.

That isn’t what we have now, Man City survive on director / owner loans which wouldn’t be allowed

Couldn’t disagree more on the last paragraph Dave.

It’s no different from doping.

Spending limits should be established as a ratio of supporter related income streams:

- Merchandise sales
- Match day revenue
- TV money

That list is non exhaustive.

I think that you should have a licence to buy a football club, after extensive means testing, and tougher sanctions on owners rather than clubs.

We'll always be held back as a nation, as long as we fail to realise that it's in some sections of the media's interests to be negative about England.

Same as you, I thought we did ok without being spectacular.
