Matt Macey now has 12 clean sheets in the league which is the most in League Two alongside Wimbledon's Owen Goodman. We only managed five clean sheets last season and 10 in each of the two seasons before that. I know that this isn't all down to Macey and that the whole team has to take a fair amount of credit for this but, despite a few errors, I think Macey has definitely had a positive influence on the defence this season. Let's hope he can get another one tomorrow night. |  |

...and without any disrespect to Owen, I'd take Matt Macey all day long.
Another telling stat, on the last ten games form table we're on 16 points, or about 74 points over 46 games. Last season that would have comfortably made the play-offs. We're definitely moving in the right direction. |  |

I think Macey has been our best keeper for some years, if we ignore the madness at Cheltenham. Every keeper has a mistake in them. Let’s hope he has had his quota.
