I have purchased a ticket for Southampton away next Saturday and I have not received any email confirmation (although I can see the purchase in my online account.) The resend email button appears to do nothing.
I have phoned the box office, which cuts me off.
I have emailed the box office and am waiting for a reply.
I am assuming that I will be sent a physical ticket for this match (not a digital ticket.) Has anyone received theirs yet? Thanks. |  |

Ordered mine on the first day and haven't received. There was a guy on Twitter yesterday asking, and a thread of people all saying the same. They're usually here by now but typically, the one where I'm in Edinburgh from Monday, this time they're not.
Boro a week later not even on sale yet.
My online ticket account has melted entirely, can't buy tickets for home or away games any more, box office "referred it to helpdesk" on Monday... nothing since.

Kid in the box office said 2800 sold for Southampton so maybe slower than normal getting them out but yeah it’s incredibly difficult to give them £30+ plus booking fee for mediocre football sometimes.

Same here .... away ticket email confirmations rarely seem to work even though you can see the purchase when you log in.
It will be a Physical ticket , Give it a few days and if not received call or email the box office and let them know to add you to the reprint list and pick it up at St Marys...had to do that on the last few away days I have done ...not the most efficient [Post edited 18 Aug 2023 15:57]

Similar issues. I can no longer allocate tickets to members in my membership group online. Lad at the box office (who was very helpful to be fair) acknowledged this was a known issue and a 'fix' was on it's way. In the meantime have to call to buy tickets and no, not received my Southampton ones yet either. |  | | |

Online ticketing is a farce, had to go in the upper loft the other night as was near impossible to get a ticket in the lower loft for the same seat I use as a season ticket |  | | |
