Who Is Going To Gillingham on 10:29 - Aug 7 with 2129 views | TimSaint | Yes - driving up, like we did 22 years back for the League Cup 2-0 win. Beatts and Pahars scored the goals that night I believe.

Who Is Going To Gillingham on 20:46 - Aug 7 with 1806 views | Buggalugs | New ground for me. Think I’ll be driving as can’t risk the train with the last one back being the 21.57. The new stoppages rule and the possibility of penalties doesn’t leave much time to play with, so it’ll be the lovely M25 night closures to contend with instead.

Are you able to get the train back though, it could be a bit tight to get back to London given that the game without any injury time would end at 9.30 ish but there could be around 15 minutes in total from both halves

As long as game finishes by 21.45 will be ok, 10 min walk to station, but will be f*cked if it goes to pens

I was actually in the covered stand down the side, which to be fair wasn't that bad. The staff at the ground were very friendly and helpful, but seemed totally unprepared for the number of away fans present. Nearly 4 hours to get there, but good journey back to dear old SO14 ensured i was home in only 2 1/2 hours.
Who Is Going To Gillingham on 15:38 - Aug 9 with 1482 views | BLEEDRED | Didn't want to risk the train back so stayed in a hotel, talking to some gills fans in the pub after the game, and they could not believe how bad Saints were. One summed it up perfectly! Just sit back and watch Saints pass themselves to death, just wait until a pass goes astray (as it always did, nip it fast get the ball and attack the goal.) They could not believe how bad Tall Paul was, £18million for a player who could not use his feet to play the ball. Could be a long season!!!!
