The “How do we stay in the Championship thread?” 09:21 - Feb 15 with 6894 viewsjohnhoop

I would imagine by now that most of even the most optimistic on here have now begun to realise we’re falling like a stone through the Division towards the relegation places.
So this is a thread for people to post hopefully constructive suggestions as to what we might be able to do to somehow halt the decline and stabilise so we don’t end up in League One next season.

We rely on 3 teams being worse than us.

There will be no need to panic. Just ride along with it, and hope Wigan, Blackpool, and Hudds don't get good. If they do, then were stuffed.

Saw Wigan at Bristol City last night. Thought they looked okay - well organised, hard working, put in some decent set pieces, and physically, quite a big team. Wouldn’t be shocked to see them stay up.

Fulham FC: It's the taking part that counts

They've not been able to translate that into results yet - they've managed 6 from 6. We've managed 3 from 6 and still have a 9 point gap. It'd take them 18 games to catch us if this was repeated and they only have 15 left.

Like I said, as long as they stay as crap as they have been, we'll be OK.

Thought Liam Richardson their coach at our place in October had got a decent side, they were unlucky not to come away with something out of that game. We are now stuck with Crud the dud, who cannot inspire our team or his own racing pigeons to take off.
