Big day in the Price house tomorrow with Mrs P desperate for her team of over achievers to get their revenge following their humiliation at our hands at their shìthole earlier in the season.

Bad luck girl, 3 - 0 to the Rs

Thomas shanks an absolute sitter over the bar.

Cardiff and Derby equalise, Rotherham and Wednesday going down as it stands.

ALBERT! Perfect ending to the season.

That's been a team to be proud of the last few months.

Well done to all of them. You R's.

Congratulations to the whole team, especially Yoann - comms mention that he’s the only Championship outfield player to play every minute of every game. Such a tough season to get through, everyone on the pitch and off it deserves massive credit.

Lyndon limping a bit but looks really cheerful, hopefully nothing too serious.

FT in Cardiff too, Rotherham are down

Great note to end on and typical of the whole team this year.

Man if we can come back playing like this I'm really looking forward to next season.

Really excellent second half. Field came on and nullified them. He is such a good player, so unlucky to be on the bench most weeks.
Comfortable win in the end and a perfect way to end the season with Uncs getting his goal in front of the Loft.

Bare bones.

That was excellent. Loved that Albert scored the final goal of the season.

Never knowingly right.

Fantastic season rangers. Positive goal difference. Promotion winning form. Good football. Good team balance. Bringing players through. Well done everyone.

Fantastic way to end the season. Time for Charlie to decide if he wants the money or the hall of fame.

Shame about Rotherham, looks like Derby have crawled over the line but at least Wycombe didn't finish bottom.

Me too. And I've only got 3 scores right all season. FFS

Yes an amazing achievement from Gareth to put on the late run. They'll learn for next season and be stronger.

Shame Rotherham and Weds couldn't overhaul Rooney United. Sods law they'll be top 6 next season under him.

As for us... Massive second half to that season. Very happy Warburton, Eustace and co are our staff. If we can keep players and build again we could have a very decent season 21/22.

Weirdly bittersweet feeling, isn't it? On one level I haven't enjoyed a season so much since the Warnock promotion year. The team's so bloody likeable, full of talent, playing football the right way, and in a parallel reality Albert's goal would have been the moment the ground went full-tilt bananas enough to last us though the summer. Would have been such a beautiful Rangers moment.

But we're all on our laptops and I honestly haven't missed LR this sorely and sadly in my life.

Ah well. Brilliant second half of the season. Kudos to the players and the club alike. And this time next year...

FT REPORT
3-1 to us - what a way to finish a glorious season since the turn of the year.
Total domination in the second half.
Sweet movement with Jojo and Willock excelling.
Indeed the whole team were all great.
They played with such vibrancy - such enjoyment.
So pleasing to watch.
And it was fitting that Jojo should score his fourth goal for us on the hour.
He is absolute magic.
His control in midfield, his precise weighted passes, and his movement - always making himself available - has been worth his weight in gold for us.
It will be such a shame to lose him - along with Charlie - if that happens.
Charlie squeezed in his 8th goal for us midway through the opening half after Dykes chested down a ball from Jojo.
Luton bounced back in the last 10 minutes and deserved their equaliser.
But Jojo - on the hour after being put through by Chair - and Adomah tapping in the third with seconds left after Willock returned his pass from the by-line - wrapped up a wonderful season for us.
And a big thanks to the departing American Geoff Cameron - a cameo last 5 minutes - and given the captain's armband by Wallace - a nice touch.
So we finished 9th - 10 points (68) and 4 places better than last year - and that was 6 places better than the year before.
Well done Warbs.
I've said it many times - but hope Warbs stays as long as he wants - so long as he has the motivation to keep us improving.
So since the turn of the year 15 wins, 2 draws and 7 defeats - 47 points from the last 24 games.
A wonderful finish to the season - can't wait for the next.

Yep! Was back out on the pitch at the end, hugging Albert and others albeit with a slight hobble. Obviously we'll have to wait and see but feel like that's a cautiously promising sign.
