4 year plan 00:35 - Feb 9 with 4353 viewsWindsorHoopMan

Just watching it again after about 4 years (probably because I'm a bit drunk) I would actually love those guys to be in charge again , Briatore and Paladini had massive winning passion. All they wanted was success and they achieved it without spending loads of money. Watching the film again just made me realise how much they really wanted us to succeed and they actually did what they said they were going to do and achieved it. How many owners could say that?

I havnt seen it for ages either. They got lucky with Warnock really. They did nothing for the club long term. Obviously saw Tony Fernandes coming.
Terrible owners and horrible people that tried gutting the life and soul out of the club. I'll give credit to the TF at least he has tried to bring the heart and soul back to the club.

They certainly wouldn't have put the club in the sort of debt we find ourselves in now but they were barmy. In it for the money and i guess their egos as well.

I watched it again the other week for the first time since its releaee and I see where the OP is coming from.
There was definite passion from Briatore and he seemed to like the place.

Problem was he was a massive megalomaniac and it all went pear shaped as he behaved like every fan who wants a manager sacked just because we lost a game. Paladini being childish towards players was an embarrassment. Good to see Amit step in and ask him not to do it.

Sadly, it was only ever going to be a car crash in the end and it was.

The fans wanted him out and the club responded. Next.
