The post match youtube interview by Mr Hill says it's the most disappointed he's been as Manager at Rochdale after today's show at VP........the text version however goes that little bit further saying he is disgusted (three times) yet again blaming poor decision-making .

He very rarely takes blame does Hill but the fact is that his recruitment has been awful. McNulty was the defensive weak link last season and got a new deal as a reward. Bit like Andrew this season.
His new defensive signings have been poor. Brown will go down as one of the worst signings we've ever made. Up there with the likes of McGinty. Players he's showed too much faith in haven't stepped up like they should have like Cannon (Lund's replacement?!). Matty Done has been a shadow of his former self. Kgosi Ntlhe is either awful or excellent, not consistent enough at all. The loan signings have been indifferent to be generous. Daniels has done ok at centre back but awful when out of position at right back. Hill chose to play him at right back though. Inman is too hot and cold. Always a goalscoring threat but offers little in terms of us not being on the ball and Scouse Williams is a very good player but we've not seen him for weeks now and as usual, the club wont tell us why. Jordan Slew isn't good enough either on the brief performances we've seen.

Ntlhe has only played one good game against Bromley when he was granted the freedom of San Spotty by the opposition.......most of the other game time he has had he's been lacklustre at best.......always looks like he's knackered.
