He wasn't rollocking players, he was shouting encouragement to (mainly) Ollie Rathbone and telling others to stay focused. It worked. |  |

I must admit I thought something along the same lines and suggested somebody needed to remind him that we were winning 3-0. Still - in Keith Hill we trust! He seems to know what he is doing!!!!!! |  |

I really don't get how people have even the slightest issue with it.
I've seen Hilly do this countless times, as well as other coaches and managers. It is surely to ensure the same standards are applied from the first minute to the last. I would imagine when we are three-nil up it is needed even more as it would be easier for players to take the foot off the gas, so to speak. | |
