tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 2420672 viewsbatman

Not for us, but for Bury.
i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto
BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged
only Wednesday this week.
looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

No chance of admission to any league without coming out of administration and providing a financial forecast.

Football creditors are protected so this must be a ruse to write off all of the HMRC and loans secured on parking spaces etc.

Alternatively the administrators of Merderco have been playing hardball to recover assets linked to the previous chur.

Or both!

Their direction has been laughable. Again, this thread predicted the inevitable split in the fanbase with it being obvious years ago some believed they were far more important than they are.

It's amazing how they are continuing to be focused on building property!

That car park 'investment scheme' was shocking didn't people lose their life savings? The money raised would surely be better spent paying for towards a solicitor to start a class action lawsuit.

Yes mate so I believe, maybe not the best post in the circumstances but how many local businesses, Charities suffered... they should be paid... probably about page 180 but agree 100% with your post 👍

The only people who bought car parking places were complete fools. If anyone did lose life savings, which I doubt, they deserve no sympathy for their stupidity.
Local businesses do deserve sympathy who that bastard of a club ripped off.

Anyone who's lost money as a result of that shite shower deserves sympathy, agreed about it could have been predicted but sadly some folk are far too trusting of others and get caught out by such scams

Has the parking scheme been investigated by the FCA or does it not fall under their jurisdiction/purview?

Good to see that the Bury supporters on Facebook aren't getting too carried away given the several false dawns they've experienced over the last few years...

Apart from the ones wondering if Ryan Lowe would come back as manager!

Tangled up in blue.
