And thats the correct way to do it ! Prove ur worth dont get the money up front bloody earn it , if your that good then u get the decent money . its a shamne for the player that he could , prob would have had more pitch time without all the crap going on behind the scenes |

never did find out why he didnt turn up for the club photo either ?
somebody said he was missing for four days before it with no reason given .
at the end of the day those advising him are i think trying to line there own pockets which is wrong on all levels , not much thought ie being given to the actual player |

Maybe I’m just old ,but I beliveve. You’re paid what you are worth, at present he’s prob worth 3k a week max , if he improves and becomes the next Ronaldo the club offer him a better deal . And with a sell on clause , why does he or any player just because he’s been at the club since he was a kid deserve shed loads more ? squad players will get a appearence bonus as standard and usually a win bonus , rarely a goal bonus is included as clubs think it makes players greedy in front of goal , hes a youth player on youth player wages , and if he had rec better advice im sure he would now be earning the correct salary for a player of his age and experience |

Just got back , well wasn’t expecting that , trip home consisted of , shit traffic through the town centre , M4 shut for four junctions . Freezing fog in large portions of the m4 Tyre pressure warning light coming on around Bristol , no spare obv, . Nursed it To the services , seemed ok after I reset the temp gauge oh and super Jan celar scored a brace, I’ve always been a fan myself

doubt that totally , the ground value alone isnt worth anything close to what they have lost running the club and would never had made them much back , concil have alwways said that they would keep it as a sports ground also
they feck up by not taking the plunge years ago when the 4 plots of local land which just happened to be perfect to build a shiny all purpose football ground on , since then its gone totally downhil |

Think it was around 800k/900k he had a release figure set in his last contract not sure how much we paid for nardi , he was even in a relegated side the one to go fro , unit , solid at crosses excellent shot stopped , yes I’d imagine Stoke are paying him more but he must have a]been above nardi in the FM charts for nourry and belk . |
