Another young athlete dead World pole vault champion Shaun Barber dies suddenly, these excess deaths especially in the young and the 45 to 64 age bracket are going through the roof most all heart related, even the Lancet Medical Journal have said this urgently needs looking into but the media for whatever reasons still refuse to highlight it, worrying times. |

Had a discussion on this with my mates and we all agreed that voting for the Tories is a no no after the mess they have caused and what has happened to the country under them, and Labour seem like a disaster waiting to happen with there rudderless policies it seems they cannot explain how they will carry out everything they propose if you think the immigration situation is bad now just wait to see how bad it gets under them, we have been told just how bad the Lib Dems have been in the past and Plaid are also of no benefit either, the younger generations futures look bleak as fcuk under either of those lot so just who can we vote for. |

Benn gets caught cheating and despite the British boxing board of control saying they do not want the fight to go ahead Eddie Hearn and his merry men are currently still trying to get the fight with Eubank to go ahead, guess that is greed personified for you despite the fact god forbid that if Eubank was fatally injured in the fight they would have a Manslaughter or murder case on there hands. |

Big fight night in Cardiff tomorrow guys and it is live on Sky straight after the Swans game, the main event Eubank Jr v Williams is a really hard one to predict a genuine 50_50 fight and i can not confidently pick the winner and then we have possibly the worlds top female boxer Clarissa Shields defending her World title and also a decent undercard, should be a great atmosphere with a sold out manic Welsh crowd cheering on Williams.  |

Dec 11th Motorpoint Arena Cardiff Eubank Jr v the Welshman Liam Williams no doubt this will sell out quickly as it is an excellent match up, could well possibly be the domestic fight of the year, Ladies World champ Clarissa Shields defends her title as well on the card. Tonight Bellator MMA from Dublin live on BBC i player followed on Sky sports by a pretty good Boxing woman's unification world title fight.
Tomorrow The Swans match, Wales v S Africa, then in the early hours on BT Sport Canelo v Plant and last but not least the Cherry on top of the cake an amazing UFC 268 card.  |

Worries are growing as to the whereabouts of Ashley Williams, the club have now made a statement that he has been listed as a missing person, he was last seen in Robin Van Persie`s pocket, if anyone finds him please return him to the Liberty Stadium asap. |
