If you are going on a night out , there are three golden rules, you have to obey to have a decent time.
1. Do not discuss politics.
2. Do not talk about religions.
3. Only talk about football when QPR have won 5 nil and John Terry has been sent off.
If you obey these three rules, it will be a good time for all !!! |

Let down the tyres of a few cars at the QPR training ground and syphon out the petrol and then ask the owners that he could sort their motors in exchange for a few pounds perhaps
Failing that, a trainee estate agent would be learning similar skills of BS in getting the best deal as does your average Arthur Daley, second hand car salesman.
If he gets a good deal, then he could be further boosted in that , he could make his commission on a regular basis in his chosen choice of profession too.
Wonder if anyone has got big discounts on anything, simply because the trader is a fellow Rangers fan.

And I dont know if your daughter is aware but there is a charity that was set up a few years ago up north and I actually first knew about them , when they were handing out wrist bands with their charities name on it when they were handing them out , outside loftus road stadium before a game.
Andys Man Club
Was set up when sadly a young man took his own life and none of his family or friends knew he had a major problem
So by way of making a stand his mother and his best mate set up the charity.
They meet Monday nights and its for men to chat, relax and get things out of their heads and into the open - where they feel safe and supported to chat. Its a completely free service and they split into groups around ten and a few basic questions and they can speak or not and its organised by way of passing a football around so everyone gets their say if they so wish.
Its grown so quickly and is in over 250 towns in England and Wales now, which is amazing and its a support charity that seems to work for men.
Anyhow if your daughter wants to contact - they always willing to explain how their service works etc.

The whole infamous meeting was horrendous behaviour by Trump and Vance.
The sort of behaviour you get reprimanded in eighth grade for and you hope the kids learn from it, going forwards.
It's awful to see such behaviour in the highest office possible in the world.
What hope is there for the rest of us minions.
The saying thank you, reminds myself of my own father, always needing a please and thank you, some times when the opposite really was required.
Ok, it's not brilliant at times within family dynamics but these guys are in unbelievably influential positions.
The withdrawal of aid, whether a negotiation tactic or simply a two fingered salute to someone who has upset them, by not agreeing with everything they say
This is on America and the American people.
If I was an American, my sense of shame would be the highest it's ever been as of now.
The whole scenario stinks and reeks of the worst stench possible !!! |

Just stated that several that posting on this thread, only ever post about politics, nothing about QPR.
Appreciate you are not in that category, but several that very vocal on this thread, never ever chat about anything QPR based.
Hence the suggestion to them to post on more specific forums to their subjects of interest !!

I don't mind the odd political debate etc.
In my mind with Trump, it goes beyond politics and is frightening in the extreme, but I won't go there. Dangerous territory.
But I would say, who are these five or six posters on this thread that never ever post about QPR, but pipe up big time, when we have such threads as this.
Please, can you say why you follow Rangers, your favourite game you attended and your cheese of choice.
Otherwise, why are you on this forum. Your words are for more specific forums.
And I have no issues with regular posters on here, debating this issue.. |

Was just highlighting was weird the ref running across the entire pitch with an item thrown from the crowd

Thing is Schumacher wasn't even booked and I don't think it was given as a foul either.
Appreciate the goalkeeper was focused on the ball, which a moment before he caught Mateta, he touched the ball, but feet that high and so fat outside the area, that's going to be a nine game ban at least and deservedly so.
The Millwall "fans" singing let him die.
Not sure how true fans of Millwall football club, feel about these idiots that seem to be attracted to their club, but definitely not for footballing reasons !!!
Their goalkeeper keeping to the memo then...

My good friend and I were always massively tickled by the fact that way back in the 80s, there were signs up in the ground to not take part in chanting that contained swear words otherwise you risked being ejected from the ground.
Found it hilarious and unbelievably weird as 99% on a bad day would have been on their way home early as a consequence.
Sorry chap, swearing just a part of every day life and when we miss a wide open goal, oh fiddlesticks, just doesn't have the same impact !!!!
Only swear word i just really don't like is the C word and not that football club from near by but the four lettered one !!!
Bloke near me, used to shout this every other word with a toddler on his lap. That to me isn't right, in anyways.

Is Yang here next season ??
Can only assume he is, as the loan makes no sense otherwise ...
Definitely a player there as a very young man, but we have depth in the three behind.
Won't be good enough for Spurs next season but they paid a reasonable amount for him, so for me, I am assuming it's an 18 month loan and not just the last half of this season.
What do others think ??? |

It was off the pitch. The incident was noted and surely that was enough ??

That lino was on a bung according to the chap behind me.

Am wondering if we have Yang next season, as otherwise was a strange signing where we have strength in depth and perhaps also, which again would be strange, we had to committ to playing him from the start in a specific number of games if he is fit.
I am thinking we have Yang next season also as he is clearly not ready to play in the premier league.
Yes I would start Smyth ahead of him with Yang coming on for cameos, if necessary.
Playing Morgan in the 10 role didn't work and think Chair is key in that role and with Dembele coming back, would have him as sub in that role. Morgan has done exceptionally well but he is young, again sub appearances would suit.
Definitely start Saito, and I really hope he is ours next season.
Edwards was signed correctly in my view as Fox, JCS, Cook and Morrison have all had injury issues this season, but yes he would be not starting now for me, after we have another six points and Fox, Morrison, Cook all injury free. Sadly, I have given up on JCS. |
