Can I just check if I have this right?

You “couldn’t care about Oldham” (a quote of yours from last week) but you speak to Oldham fans who give you a rundown on how their club are treating this seasons FA Trophy? Bit of a strange conversation but Oldham fans are generally strange anyway.

Regarding our meet up. I like to get into the bar before half time so I can grab my usual standing spot. I’m usually to be found next to the framed signed shirts of Steve Doyle and Michael Simpkins (legends I’m sure you’ll agree). Given you’ll have been in said bar many times do you know where I mean?

They still don’t serve Stella though so which other lager they sell would you prefer?

Beat me to the commute line. Able to make club meetings in midweek but can’t attend many Saturday games due to living so far away.

Your post was not something any Dale fan would come out with. Unlike a certain group of supporters at the other end of the A627(M), we didn’t abandon our club in its hour of need because we didn’t like the people at the top. We still turned up and supported our team whilst ridding the boardroom of scum. That’s why you could never be able to claim to be a Dale fan. You don’t have the stomach for it.
