| Forum Thread | National League playoff final (with some QPR interest) at 16:06 12 May 2018
HT in National League playoff final - worth a watch if you have BT. Currently Tranmere 1 - Boreham Wood 1. 2nd half should be exciting, Tranmere had a man sent off in the first minute and have used 3 subs already but Boreham Wood equalised deep in injury time through star man Bruno Andrade. Of ex-QPR interest, Andrade and Balanta are playing for BorehamWood and youth product Emmanuel Monthe is impressing at fullback for Tranmere. |

Strong rumours from, relatively, reliable sources saying we've signed Josh Scowen the Barnsley midfielder on a free. Would be very pleased with that. Had a great season last year, seems very popular with Barnsley fans and although we're well stocked for midfielders, I thought we were lacking a more defensive option to play alongside a box-to-box type in Luongo/Manning/Cousins. |
| Forum Thread | Ale Faurlin's Getafe play-off final first leg tonight at 19:42 21 Jun 2017
Tenerife v Getafe kicks off at 8 and our Ale is starting for Getafe. Watched the first leg of the semi - they drew away at Huesca and Faurlin played well but was a little lucky not to get a second yellow for fouling Huesca's Samu Saiz (who was really impressive and I'd love Rangers to sign him). He's been starting pretty much every game since getting back from injury in February but is a yellow card away from missing the second leg. Come on Los Azulones!! |

Had totally forgotten about his existence until I stumbled upon this on twitter. Decent hit. Still technically our player and could be useful in League 1... [Post edited 23 Apr 2017 20:49]

| Forum Thread | Reaction to Gorkss' sending off at 20:47 16 Feb 2014
Apologies if it's been mentioned elsewhere, but think it deserves its own thread. I was disappointed to see our fans reaction to Gorkss getting sent off, the booing and jeering of a player who was always good for us and seems like a nice guy. Last season, he didn't celebrate either time he scored against us last time either. It was a late challenge, but not particularly dangerous or malicious. Does purely getting sent off warrant such a reaction? From where I was sat, pretty close to the incident, it also looked like something was thrown at him from the crowd. Anyone else notice this? |
