Why? I've noticed us do it a lot this season especially with free kick on half way or our own half, we restart play with opposition opponents close to the taker, then they play it to someone 5 yrds away and guess what, the opposition can quickly put them under pressure. In the first half I've noticed it twice, once just before Bristol scored and another just before Dunnes yellow card. Is it a strategy? If so what's the theory as I can't think of any examples where it results in an advantage to us. Or is it a good strategy poorly executed? |
