I have to laugh at some people's reasoning. For example, those that argue for an increase in inheritance tax because older people have benefitted from house price inflation don't seem to realise it is the generation below that lose out not the dead person. |

Went to Kazakhstan on business about 10 years ago, I'd recommend reading everything you can about visiting the place. We weren't allowed out without a local interpreter who we supplied with thousands of dollars, everybody seemed to expect a payment! |

These days the use of shared days between Government Departments should make some decision making and scheme administration easier. For example higher rate taxpayers could be exempt from free prescriptions by a simple matching process. |

Plaid Cymru have asked the obvious question, what difference will the money make? Which is fair enough bearing in mind the indicators get worse every month on a £10 Billion pounds spend on Heath and Social care in Wales. A six percent increase could easily get eaten up by the existing system. |
