😂 dyer is a threat going forward? He hasn't been a threat going forward for about 4 years! |

I had free tickets in a suite with free food and drink. Still couldn't be arsed |

I don't think he's been necessarily 'rubbish' but he just hasn't done anything or improved the team at all. We should've kept the money and played Fulton in there if this was the position we bought him for. Or even put the money toward someone who could affect the game going forward. Although attacking play doesn't seem to be high on the 'to do' list at the moment. |
| Forum Reply | Roque Mesa a Swansea style player.......a style we once were!? at 14:01 26 Sep 2017
Nothing wrong with Clement's reaction imo. He gets emotionally involved and it was an error that we all reacted to. I didn't see his reaction to the Mawson challenge but imagine it was similar. I am curious as to how Bony gifted them a goal though? I'm assuming that's to do with their first when his lay off fell to them? If so, surely the fact that Mawson was 15 yards deeper than any other defender and the fact that Clucas tackled Fernandez thus presenting Gray with the ball all went unnoticed? |

Bale was very good??? He was absolutely garbage. It's embarrassing how poor he was last night. Embarrassing. |
| Forum Reply | Routledge always loses possession. at 15:03 21 Aug 2017
We haven't had a winger with an end product for so long. Montero is the only one that can do something but he is far too inconsistent to be reliable. Narsingh is equally as gas as the rest from what we've seen. He's not even quick which is what we were led to believe. Is it too much to ask for a winger to have pace, be able to beat a man and either deliver a decent cross or maybe even score a goal?? And don't get me started on Routledge - the guy is a joke - we are literally laughing whenever he gets the ball and inevitably gives it away or runs into touch. When I saw him and Narsingh coming on on Saturday to try to change the game against United - well, that's when you realise how weak our squad is. |

He was at the game, sat with Wayne Routledge watching from an executive box. And that, as they say, is a FACT |
| Forum Reply | Siggy - needs a rest/move at 17:19 5 Jan 2017
We pretty much agree on Siggy although my views aren't as strong as yours in that I wouldn't drop him or sell him :-) I'd just have a word and tell him to play properly Regarding the 2 wingers that "have" been good for us I'm assuming you mean Dyer and Routledge? If so, they have both been gash for a while and you can't say they have been good in the past (while acknowledging they're gash now) and then have a go at Siggy because he too "'has" been good for us. Does that make sense? |

He's no winger? Neither are Routledge, Dyer or Barrow but that's another discussion. Anyway, I know we had this conversation at the Bournemouth game Chris (remember?) and while I disagreed with you then, I too was frustrated with Gylfi's performance against Palace. For me, he is trying to be too clever all of the time. Sometimes, probably most of the time, he just needs to get hold of the ball, keep it and find a simple pass. Instead, he always looks for the difficult, fancy flick which, if it comes off would be great, but they rarely do. I also agree with others that if he had someone that he 'clicked' with a la Bony, then we would see a lot more from him. |
