Plymouth/Hull – Awaydays on 01:10 - Jan 31 with 1498 views | CLAREMAN1995 | Your reports are superb but that has risen to another level Clive just a masterpiece . I just have so much respect for the fans who travel up, down and across the country following QPR and having to endure such chaos pretty much weekly. It was so funny yet heartbreaking and infurating at the same time this train travel is a hard way to get around . Reading it from a place where people drive every where every day and most houses have anything from 2 to 5 cars parked outside just makes your train adventure almost hard to fathom .Tip of the cap to all travellers Luckily QPR won both games which softened the blow a bit .
Plymouth/Hull – Awaydays on 08:58 - Jan 31 with 1175 views | BristolR | Wow, what a beautiful piece…I think I look forward to these as much, if not more, than the match reports in some ways! Both packed full of graphic sexual imagery as required but also some real heartfelt stuff regarding the suicide…bravo Clive! Not sure Shakespeare could meld the two into one piece!! Thanks for taking the time, very much appreciated. As Shotknees says, shirley an Audible version narrated by the man himself would be a worthy addition for the Patreon | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Plymouth/Hull – Awaydays on 09:58 - Jan 31 with 1013 views | Hayesender | What a brilliant report. You had me crying tears of laughter, to quite literally choking up. I witnessed a young man get hit and killed by a train at West Ealing Station because he was on his phone not concentrating on where he was, and got so close to the edge the through train to Reading caught him a glancing blow on his head killing him instantly. A horrible experience I never want to see again, but all I could think of for ages afterwards, was the poor bastard on the other end of the phone wandering what had happened. Life eh!

Plymouth/Hull – Awaydays on 10:06 - Jan 31 with 961 views | Rsole | Thank you Clive, I guess this puts to bed the often quoted theory that it’s the journey and not the destination that really matters (ahem) ! Only one questions arose - were you standing at the sink or sitting on it ?

Superb. I've gone through about six different emotions reading that. The expression "That's 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back" is turned 180 degrees on its head by this piece- "That's 20 minutes of my life, I 'll treasure" .
Plymouth/Hull – Awaydays on 10:28 - Jan 31 with 914 views | RamseyR | Funny, poignant and absolute class report. I could feel your pain.
Plymouth/Hull – Awaydays on 10:51 - Jan 31 with 869 views | derbyhoop | As long, rambling stories go that was a masterpiece. It should be required reading for the SoS for Transport and the CEOs of all the train companies responsible for putting on such a broken service. Good luck with getting the refunds/compensation.
| "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the Earth all one's lifetime." (Mark Twain)

Plymouth/Hull – Awaydays on 11:45 - Jan 31 with 733 views | Juzzie | Superb, if there was ever an advert for why people choose to drive, this is it! Could the "that could be anywhere from Liverpool to Rome" have been shoehorned into the Hull section maybe? ;)
