Well,a new coach might well fix our malaise We are shipping potentially good wins by being d1ckheads Plenty of MOTM for that l Key, a total clown though takes the prize for je And Grimes ….Always right and loved even when leading capitulations like this
7 of our 8 defeats are against the top 7. All our wins bar 1 are against teams below us. That tells me we are an average championship club with average players for this league. So who would we replace him with? Within our budget. I'm not convinced about LW myself but would a replacement improve the situation? There are obviously higher expectations by some posters that this squad could do better.

Someone with championship experience, there are plenty out there
They make us feel indebted
For saving us from hell
And then they put us through it
It's time the bastards fell

It would cost a fortune to get rid of him, then rinse and repeat.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

In that case, we will continue to crowds haemorrhage and that will cost . These performances stay on peoples minds I read of families staying away This is why. Kids hate that . Nothing upsets young fans more . It’s unforgivable and we are being fed dribble again
Williams has the potential to be a good coach. He needs help and he needs help quickly. Coleman and Gude need to identify a strong number 2 / assistant.
We need to stick with Williams and there is no way the club can afford to change the backroom staff again. The mismangement over the last 8 years is unforgivable.

I’m open about it all until the summer transfer window 2025 is complete.

I agree Keith, this forum is all about us fans expressing opinions .....what amazes me is at the start of the season before a ball was kicked several were convinced we were certain relegation candidates given out transfer dealings,as the season has gone on others have been negative even when we have won. Yes today was disappointing to throw away the lead and end up losing all of a sudden we have gone from not conceding and not scoring goals to scoring goals yet conceding ....especially at home. We are 10th we are in the top half of the table we are an average championship side.....how often have we heard on here the complaints over the last 8 years if the poor stewardship under the owners the lack of investment the rubbish transfer windows yet those same fans seem to expect us still to outperform. It's frustrating especially on days like today....then it must be asked are the likes of Key and Tymon truly championship defenders? they both look good going forwards but they are both suspect at times in defence. Of late Cabango and Darling have been open to criticism whereas earlier in the season they were immense and recognised on here as such.....lots made of the derisory new contract offers they had received....yet of late Cabango has been the subject of "libellous " claims of being a carthorse....Darling had a bit of mare today maybe the offers made reflected others opinions? So.lets sack the manager.....yes he is learning and who can argue we haven't seen an improvement in our play....we are scoring goals we are a more exciting watch......I'd love to hear from those who are calling for his head who they would suggest as a replacement.. Of late Williams has been criticised for subbing Franco he didn't today...also he switched our set up late in the second half we went to 3 at the back with Grimes between Cabango and Darling pushing Key into midfield....so it.wasnt doing the same ... Maybe we should take a step back and look at where we are given all that has happened. For.me yes I'm gutted we.lost again and that second half we capitulated but we are where we should be mid tableish...and enjoying our football most of the time and pleased our manger recognises we are nit good enough too
Does he tell the players they're not allowed to tackle. Gutless
Liam summed it up. Not strong enough. Even one on one mate. Franco spent the game trying but clearly hasn’t got the strength or mobility in equal measures. Ronald, MPH the same. And Eom. In fact I can’t name one player today who had the requisite tools to compete with a side in the top six.

At the start of the season ,we were excited about our new signings Branco has been the best addition to our out play I fail to see how he has improved any player
We need to sort it out and accept too that Allen is basically shot to pieces .

" crowds haemorrhage " coming from a man that haven't attended a home game since he got his free meal. You're quick enough to point the finger of blame when things go wrong. Where's the praise when things go our way?
I think LW is showing positive signs, things are better this season than they've been for a while. Hopefully the change in owners will see an improvement because things became very much worse under Kaplan and Levein.
Seems to me LW has improved players, Cullen to start with, the swithc to AM is working and he scored a peach today.
Our trouble is we have nothing decent on the bench, no strength to come on and see a game out. LW needs help in the next transfer window, even if we got Pep Guardiola to come here I'm not sure he could work a miracle with this squad.

They were bigger and stronger than us. What disturbs me most was that they were way fitter than us and that is inexcusable.
