Fan Mobilisation - Nourry Out 23:26 - Nov 9 with 53683 viewsMarkofthegrove

I'll start by saying, this is not my forum usually. But the artist formally known as Twitter has become an echo chamber of monstrous proportion.

Nourry needs to be removed from his post ASAP before he can do any more damage, there is a vandalism of our club happening and it needs to stop immediately.

But how do we do it? I feel like fans and supporters groups have been weak for a long time now. There were some great folk back when we are in administration that were with QPR 1st.

I've heard rumours of some stuff happening, but it needs to be coordinated and it needs to happen ASAP.

I'd honestly be close to being done with QPR if they sack Marti who is the only bloody good thing about this club right now.

Someone needs to bring this together, protests for protests sake do not work. It needs to have purpose, be targeted and ask the right questions and have the right people involved.

I’m usually a supporter of fan action, but if this is just an effort to get ‘Fck Off Nourry’ written on a load of bedsheets then no thanks.

If you want to campaign for real Democratic fan governance or maybe even some ownership, then count me in. Frankly I don’t think a lot of our fan base is mature enough for that, because lots of us still think the answer lies in some mystical benevolent billionaire that also knows how to run a football club turning up.

I agree.

It needs to be thought about correctly and it needs to come from the right place.

It only takes 5 minutes on the Internet to find out that Nourry is completely out of his depth. So I'd appeal to Reuben first of all and it goes back to my original thoughts? Who is around and is able to get a few of our smarter business minded supporters around the table to appeal to the clubs ownership for some dialogue on the situation.

My tone may suggest I am ready to storm the pitch, I understand that but thats not the case at all. But the things I have heard in the last week have triggered me and are footballing malpractice, some answers are needed.

So what have you heard in the last week and who was it from?
It’s upset you enough to materialise on a new forum so we’re all ears.

Upset?

Is every word you utter meant to patronise? Or should I sod off and leave this forum, just for you to continue to patronise people that are concerned about the person that's been given the keys to the castle.

Nourry is just the latest conman to come in and run the club, We had it before with Mike Rigg, Harry Redknapp, Steve McClaren, Mick beale etc

The owners fall for bullshit all the time they did it with Ferdinand as well.

Quicker Nourry goes the better before he can do any more damage

And then the next bullshitter will walk in. All those you named are symptoms, not the cause of our clubs demise.

It is the owners who need to go. NOW.

I'd agree the owners are hopeless but if anyone wanted to buy us they would happily sell up. We need to deal with the lack of a competent ceo and dof
should have been addressed when Les left, laughable and very predictable that we're in this position

We need Lord Luvaduck to invest in the club now.

Does anyone else feel like this is some sort of managed decline? Surely they cannot be this incompetent without it being deliberate.

This has been my concern for a couple of months now.
The Nourry appointment looks more bizarre with each passing defeat.
The fact that the club awarded a contract to his consultancy in the first place was crazy enough. A two man band headed up by a man child barely old enough to shave.
Then to appoint him to fill both the CEO and Director of Football rolls......really?
The rumour mill suggests it was as a result of a very convincing presentation to the owners. (Sound familiar)
Surely the owners can't be that gullible........🤔

I've seen seagulls less gullible than our owners.

Let's hope a random passing flock of seagulls don't have a semi convincing power point presentation then....

Is ultimately the correct answer.

The club have spent the past 5 years twerking around the US via intermediaries looking for “new investors” - ie mugs - silly enough to bail them out.

Lindner & Textor have both kicked the tyres and decided against coming onboard despite having experience already in the football business so clearly there is something under the covers they’re staying away from.

At the end of the day, Ruben is an absentee owner. For every £1 he loses into the QPR moneypit he makes £10 from WestPorts so it’s now just ticking over rudderless hoping someone will take it off his hands.

So I'm guessing Hoos is only still there In case a sale happens and he will head that up?

Currently I am unsure of how I would feel about AFC Queens Park Rangers should it rise from the ashes.

How do you think you would feel about it?

You go on and have your revolution. I won't be joining. If you want immediate success, suggest you pop down the road to Brentford or Fulham. Just have some patience. Even if we do get relegated, it might do us some good. I think we are much more likely to dissappear into the conference if the board and the owners decide that they don't need the aggro of fans protests etc. and pull out.

If only there was some grey area between "immediate success" and losing every fcking game you play for three years.

The problem with the greater fool theory is when you end up with the greatest fools to ever be involved in football.

I reckon I could rock in there tomorrow as a football consultant and gib a million out of them. Silly cùnts, they deserve everything that's happened to them. We don't.

I remember somebody chucking a lump of concrete through the office plate glass door on SA Rd.
People seem to be more acquiescent (ooh), these days despite society being more violent and unruly than at any time since 1398.
I would like the crowd to sing Marti's name interspersed with chants of Nourry Out at the Stoke game.

My worry about appoinments by this board is that they might know even less names than us. Warburton, Warnock and Steve Gallen are the names we fans come up with.

The owners, meanwhile, rarely even go to our matches.

How can they possibly draw up a list of the best Directors of Football when they're rarely at football?

I would like to know how so many posters know the 'inner workings' of this football club.......and appear to blame Nourry for most things - personally I have no idea who is to blame for the difficulties we are currently experiencing.

It doesn't help having 5 of your best players out and replacing them with limited professionals and so called youngsters and inexperienced players being selected.

Do a few keepie-uppies, be good at FIFA on the PlayStation, interview the board in a Welsh accent?

Fùck it, I'm applying.

I don't actually know Norf, only what I am told.

And whilst we have some new players who are struggling, a month ago most on here were saying it is too early to say if they were good enough and they need to be given a chance. Now it looks like they have mostly moved to say that Nourry signed all 'no good' players!!!!

That may be true, people form opinions over time, and they're allowed to change their opinions when new evidence becomes available.

You and I both know exactly what I said to you in person at the first home game of the season, and my view hasn't changed at all.

Nourry is the CEO and the DOF, he's running the whole club, if he's not to blame for whats happened under his watch then who is?

You don't need to know the inner workings of the football club to spot the problem

Under Ferdinand he was always given a pass as the the owners were having a massive say on who the manager was and the direction of travel, thats not the case anymore so if we do well Nourry would rightly get the credit but if we don't he gets the blame and thats the way it should be
