Let's be realistic about this there are no honest politicians, it's just the size of the dishonesty that comes under discussion and only then when they are caught.

And just like those in the Post Office, they are only ever sorry when they are caught. Not sorry for what they did, just sorry someone noticed.

It would not surprise me if the same was not happening in the Senedd & from all the political parties.

The register of interests are years old with some of the members...

There are no standards, just a free for all.

There needs to be a full investigation, if she’s committed a breach then she should be punished in accordance with previous precedents, if that means a suspension leading to a recall vote do be it. Rules are rules and they must be applied.

Not sure if people read the full report, but during the last Parliament, the Standards Commissioner opened more than 100 investigations into MPs. The majority of which were resolved by "rectification" - a procedure that allows MPs to correct minor or inadvertent breaches of Commons rules, but that in my opinion isn’t good enough. The MPs should be getting it right first time every time, if they can’t get their own house in order how can they run the country.

Edit, I wonder if she’s declared the income for tax purposes.

I said sorry they got caught, not sorry for what they did. It's typical behavior, they get away with so much for so long but keep on breaking the rules and it eventally comes out.

Was Bojo ever sorry? No, he just kept repeating "they were NOT parties"; they just repeat the lie so much I think they believe it themselves.
