Don’t get me wrong it’s great we survived and especially the way we achieved it,but after weeks/months of looking at the table trying to work out the permutations, ie if we get points here if they lose there etc, now it’s all done and dusted after the racing heart of Friday I’m at a bit of a loose end now. At least the wife won’t be saying “why are you looking at your phone all the time”and I might actually listen to her now.

Absolutely. Can not think about until Saturday and have a lovely old time. If we were in Blackburn’s position I’d be stressing all week and probably losing sleep on Friday night. Couple of drinks in the casino and a fun 90 minutes regardless of the scoreline is a blessed relief to end this longest of seasons. | | | |

I thought yesterday afternoon was a wonderful relaxing experience!
I kept stating last summer that GA was the wrong manager for us, but we wouldn't be relegated. I changed my mind on that at 3.15pm on the opening day. I'm so pleased that I was right & then wrong!

I guess the point is, that jeopardy has made this season so interesting and involving and having something on every game, with a team improving all the time I would argue is why are stadium has been full every week especially since.
