Indian variant or Vaccine adverse effects 06:37 - May 16 with 13991 views | RonaldStump | What is the real source of truth for the latest rise in cases in Glasgow? 6 people who have had the vaccine are currently being treated for complications in Glasgow. What is the REAL truth? Isn't it strange how vaccinated people are coming down with the CHY NA virus (Kung Flu) or one of it's variant double or triple mutant versions? It's either the jab doesn't do what it's supposed to or it actually does? With no long term studies on this new medicine miracle, but plenty coming out about the effects it's having on the immune system. Why is there a need for healthy people to get jabbed when they have a 99.7% chance of surviving anyway. (more to the point why are we jabbing our kids?) Far more questions than answers at the moment cue Anti vaxxer abuse from the usual crowd! [Post edited 16 May 2021 6:57]

Indian variant or Vaccine adverse effects on 18:38 - May 16 by A_Fans_Dad | Why do you copy Scotia. Out of 18 people currently in hospital with the Indian Variant. The Health Minister has just said quote "Four people are known to have died from the Indian variant" Quote on Bolton "He told The Andrew Marr Show on the BBC: 'We think that there are five people who have ended up in hospital having had one jab.' Asked about people who have received two jabs, he said: 'We think there's one person, but that person was frail." The question is have they really tested all those people for the Indian variant, which is not a standard test

Jesus. You only pick up variants by sequencing. About 10-20% are sequenced by COG through its centres (Cardiff, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Birmingham , Liverpool etc.). There are not ‘variant tests’ unless the mutation affects the e PCR target. We have a good handle on this because of COG. Only Denmark comes close. We can target via surge testing and increased vaccination drives in the area. All the data show that the vast majority of cases are in younger non-vaccinated groups. There is no dispute on that I take it. Scotia seems to get the science. To you it’s numbers. Infection is a stochastic process. Full of uncertainties. We are always making the ‘best guess’

Indian variant or Vaccine adverse effects on 16:36 - May 16 by ShiningPorth | How many will the medication save-less than 10%. It may kill as many used indiscriminately. Getting vaccination out is the key. Not wasting time navel gazing on therapies will little effect. Concentrate on using the steroids that work, are cheap and safe and look to the newer drugs which are in the pipeline. Compare than with at least 95% vaccine efficacy against death. |
You are clueless. HCQ up to 72% improvement in early intervention Ivermectin up to 85% improvement in Prophylaxis and 79% in early intervention. Proxalutamide 92% improvement. Fluvoxamine 89% improvement Providone-iodine 85% improvement in early treatment. Budesonide 82% improvement in early treatment. Bromhexine up to 80% improvement. Bamlanivimab up to 75% in early treatment. Casirivimab/imdevimab up to 94% improvement. Nitazoxanide 67% improvement in late treatment. Colchicine only 43% improvement. All these results are from studies of one kind or another. Patients are being denied these treatments, they have used lawsuits in the US to force hospitals to provide them and save their lives. Vaccines are great, but they take a lot of time to rollout, all the while patients are dying.

Oh, I get the Science, it is the application I am concerned with. So you are sure that all those 1313 people currently identified with the Indian Variant were identified by COG? If we only look at 10 to 20% there could actually be 5000-10000 cases. What no comment on the fact that both you and Scotia were completely wrong on the hospitalised vaccinated cases? Only out by 600%. [Post edited 16 May 2021 19:03]

So why, with the exception of budnesoside, do all these treatment end up being shown to be ineffective or marginally effective in a larger case controlled study? Why do systematic and meta-reviews come to the same conclusion? Small observational studies are that. They have huge bias and confounders which make them just signposts. Unfortunately the destinations have been a let down. Furthermore there are a number of cases of science misconduct around promotion of HCQ. Not least Didier Raoult who was an early champion. There is also a huge worry over the amount of antimicrobials places like India are throwing indiscriminately as treatment. The truth is treatment, beyond steroids, is not working. Wishful thinking does not a strategy make.

You actually have the nerve to talk about scientific misconduct and continue to quote the Oxford Recovery, WHO and Brazillian studies which gave almost lethal dosed of HCQ to already critically ill patients. It is important to ensure the public get the best information. I am quite happy to do that. If it means telling you where to go, with your misinformation, i am quite happy. I genuinely hope it stays that way. None of us know the long term effects as clinical trials are ongoing for long term efficacy as we all know. More nonsense, less than 100 deaths that may have be caused by sure effects if the vaccines. 3.3 million deaths caused by the virus 99.99% of which were unvaccinated people. I really think it is time to clamp down on this anti-vax nonsense across all forms of media, including on here. It is costing lives and increasing the need for lockdowns. If it was sensible debate I wouldn't have a problem but 99.99% of what is posted is completely unsubstantiated. I've asked Ronald if he has any evidence for his ludicrous claims and he obviously doesn't, we've even had "evidence" from a clearly misrepresented article taking from welovetrump.com. Not to mention a film of Bill Gates apparently announcing his plans to control the world to a theatre full of people whilst being streamed live on the internet. There are posters who contribute on here who clearly struggle with lockdown but haven't had the vaccine because they believe this guff. It is harming people both directly and indirectly.

Well there are some things here I agree with and some I don't in recent posts. 1) Everyone has the right to choose what goes into their bodies, the alternative is that the state decides!! 2) No one knows about long term side effects, they can't it is impossible. 3) Some people will die after having a vaccine in the same way that they do after a positive test, correlation and causation and not the same. 4) There is a very small risk of death with the AZ Vaccine that is why it is being restricted in younger heathier people in many countries as they have no real risk of death from Covid. Everyone should be able to make their own risk decision. At my age risk of death is abouts 1 in 100 this year from all causes, risk from covid 1 in 7,000 taking in to consideration I am lucky and healthy, risk of death from vaccine about 1 in 500,000. 5) Overall, I prefer to live in a country that gave people the freedom to make decisions for themselves given independently sourced information.

Agree it is your choice but you should know the full facts and not the lies the antivaxers are telling. Lots of things involve risks that is why you need a driving licence and insurance to drive on our roads. It is compulsory yet still over a million drivers do not have insurance or drive with no licence or while disqualified putting lives at risk. Just as long as those who refuse vaccines stay at home and don't spread the virus.

Do you honestly think saying my post is nonsense (which it isn't) enables you to talk even more nonsense. 100 deaths from after the vaccine? https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/medicines-and-healthcare-products-re There you go find it yourself it's all on there, but be warned they make it very difficult to get to the actual stats (surprise surprise) 3.3 million deaths caused by the virus (are you sure about that?) Do you actually mean deaths where the people tested positive (using the dodgy PCR test) within 28 days. Can you give us the numbers on normal healthy people under the age of 80 that have been killed by Covid 19 who had no comorbidities. And who are you to tell people to get vaccinated? Let people make their own choice based on what they think. And for the record i'm not anti fax. I'm all for vaccines that have been fully tested.

If you don't want to mix with the unvaccinated then do yourself a favour and stay at home yourself. You've got no right to tell people to stay home just because they haven't been vaccinated. What next concentration camps for the unvaccinated. Listen to what you are saying

That again is just covid denier, anti lockdown BS. I think ALL of your posts are un-evidenced rubbish. This one included. I'm not sure if you are a dangerous WUM or just very gullible. The PCR tests are not dodgy. They are not absolutely, completely infallible but they are the best we've got. False negative results are more common than false positives. The 28 day rule - again we have to use something to measure deaths. If we use the Dr's entry on to a death certificate the number of covid deaths is even higher. Do people over 80 and those with commodities not count? How many people die of mild diet controlled type 2 diabetes? Do they not matter? How many people die of well controlled Asthma? Do they not count? Those with Downs syndrome, received an organ transplant etc, etc. Deaths is a side issue really anyway, it is pressure on the NHS that is the problem. That is what needs to be controlled. Towards the end of the last wave 10% of those in intensive care were under the age of 40 with no underlying health conditions, this is a deadly virus across all ages. I'm not telling anyone to get vaccinated if they don't want to. It is up to the individual. I just want them to base that decision on the facts and not made up nonsense from unqualified people. As for those that still turn down the vaccine - I think Darwin's theory applies.

Seriously 😳 I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned Covid doesn’t exist or lockdown come to that. Instead of getting angry and having a pop at anyone who has an opinion that differs to yours, maybe try posting some factual evidence to back your brainwashed nonsense up. Problem is there are far too many unanswered questions with a massive lack of serious debate. When you have a corrupt government doing everything they can to push the vaccine down our throats, a vaccine that can only be rolled out in a emergency situation as it’s only been provisionally authorised . Then questions are going to be asked. If anyone dare asks. A question they are automatically shut down as conspiracy theorists or anti vax. When that happens you know something is not right . We’ve been conditioned to listen and obey since school age so it takes a stronger person to think for themselves and ask questions when things don’t make sense. Maybe the thought of uncovering the truth frightens you. You won’t be the first and you won’t be the last [Post edited 17 May 2021 11:05]

Me brainwashed, are you serious? I believe the science, you believe people on the internet, who could be anything but what they claim to be, seemingly without question. There aren't unanswered questions and a lack of debate. The answers to the questions are the absolutely horrible reality of this awful situation - anti vaxers and covid deniers who are trying to hide from the situation are just making it worse. I don't like the answers anymore than you do but trying to convince myself people like Bill Gates is trying to take over the world and Dr Michael Yeadon knows more about an infectious disease than an actual Immunologist isn't going to make those answers wrong. Regarding evidence. You have provided nothing, absolutely nothing to back up the rubbish you post. I call on you again - post some evidence for something, anything that you claim to be true. Just to prove the deaths on the death certificate outnumber those within 28 days of a +ve test , look at this:- https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/deaths Is every single Doctor in the world in on this conspiracy? I've been professionally trained to probe, investigate and question since I left uni in 1999, people lie to me on a daily basis, I'm pretty good at spotting BS when I see it. Unfortunately that just leads back to my second paragraph.

"we've even had "evidence" from a clearly misrepresented article taking from welovetrump.com." Totally wrong as usual, you really should do some research before making stupid statements. If you had you would realise that there are many sources for that story. But just to be completely clear why don't you acually go to the source, which is the US CDC here :- https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/adverse-events.htmlc Quote "During this time, VAERS received 4,434 reports of death (0.0017%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine" Do you see the number of 4,434 deaths. Going to apologise? of course not.
